I'll open up the gates of Hell on 20-JAN-05 around 8 PST time. Maybe earlier. I'll have it open for at least 3 hours. Don't get mad if I'm just standing around because I'll be watching SG1, SGA, and BG. I'll pop in and out though.

I just wanted to say that Nook is buying Turnips at 164 bells right now. I don't play the stalk market very much but that seemed like a damn good deal.

Dude, didnt you bury like 50 turnips at the bottom left hand corner of you screen? I saw them there once, but I reburied them once I saw that they were turnips, I'd be willing to give you the money for them, just so we can still keep going to each others towns.

I remember doing something similar is somebody's town but I too put them back in the ground when I saw what they were. I also would happily buy some this week to help ya out.

I just looked at my items and I don't have the turnips, I sold my 10 turnips at boomtown for 1,800 big ones, the ones I bought for 110 last week (not that bad a turnover but not that great either). I'm sure if they don't turn up we'd all be happy to pitch in and get you tons of turnips .

and damnit, I think I might miss out going to Hell. I was actually designing some camaflage to go with my Metal Gear Solid 3 motif .

that sucks tanman. I can pitch in to the "bring back tanman's turnips" fund. how many did you lose? Isn't it safe if you put them on the floor in your house?

I appreciate the offers guys. The turnips aren't burried. I didn't bury them and I checked to make sure someone else didn't either. I think it was like 50,000 bells worth.

As you can probably imagine, it really isn't about the money. I was pretty skeptical about it at first, letting strangers into my town but quickly got over it after I saw how helpful people were and how they weren't chopping down my trees or stealing my stuff. I guess it is my own fault for being too trusting. Those of you that have been over know that most of my stuff is all out in front of the house so those that want to can pick them up and drop em to add into their catalog. I guess the thief didn't really want any of my stuff that was there to take. I guess I won't really do that anymore, or leave my gates open when I'm not at my DS. I might go online again or I might try to clean up before I do. If you see me online feel free to come over, but don't be insulted if I follow you around.
