Usually, successful challenges come when the person who plays the Draw Four has a slew of cards in their hand. Surely they have to have one of that color.

A friend told me one of the achievements is successfully calling a bluff. Everyone is probably just trying to get those points.

Uno is the perfect game for the arcade. It is multiplayer, 4 people total. Everyone knows the game, it doesn't take very much effort to play, and it turns into a huge social chat and competition where you stick people with a draw two or draw four.
In other words, I'll be playing it a lot when I am passing time.

Have you guys tried out the free 35th anniversary theme deck? It might be fun to play with others sometime too for the new card.

I tried the Uno trial version, but it didn't really do anything for me. Never really understood the game as a kid either, and now it just doesn't seem like much fun. Of course, I just played against the computer....
I wonder if Galaga is going to be multiplayer? Not sure how much fun that would be though. I can still play for at least 45 minutes straight on one quarter and not using the cheats, so I can see other people having to wait around for a long time (assuming that using the controller isn't very different from the real game controls).
I'm looking forward to the Texas Hold 'em poker too, but I'm kind of worried about the lack of money. If you don't have anything to lose it makes for a very different kind of play than if you have money on the line, especially in no limit where a lot of the fun is in putting pressure on people who think they only have the second best hand at the table.
There's a trailer for the poker game, but it didn't give me a real feel for the gameplay.

Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.

Newbie Question
Just got my system today, and I'm confused by the resolution settings.
I have a HDTV setup, but don't understand exactly what's up with the 780p vs. 1080i X-Box 360 system settings.
I understand the basic differences between 780p and 1080i in terms of video resolution, but I'm confused which settings are best for 360 games and also the backwards compatible original X-Box games.
I've searched the net, but haven't seen this topic addressed specifically.
Hopefully this question is worded so it makes some sense.
Thanks for any help!

I think that most newer TVs will accept both signals and scale it to the correct native setting. Some TVs will only accept the native signal and these are the ones that need to be set correctly on the 360. Just make sure the switch on the component cable is set to HD.

With the recent introduction to the gaming world of 'lag' due to scaling (most infamously by Samsung tvs), there's no reason to risk letting the tv do it. Find out the native resolution and let the 360's hardware do it.

Log in normally. The 360 will complain about not being able to talk to the live servers. Two options appear: “OK” and “Test Connection”. Select OK and you are ready to go.

It's most likely a hiccup at your ISP or with your router. If it's still not working today, power cycle your modem and router. That will most likely fix it.

Native resolution: 1366x768 (16:9)
What does that translate to?
Thanks again!
