Sooner than I expected! 
We wrapped up season 2 last summer so it hasn’t been an overly long time for me anyway.
Assuming those shots are all from the new season, Renner isn’t even showing a limp! Not that it was a very physical role but I imagine they may have had to tone down any fights, physical scenes of Renner or used a stunt double slightly more often.

Considering what happened to Renner, it's pretty amazing that we're getting a 3rd season a little more than 1 year since season 2 last aired.

These days we're waiting 2 or 3 years for new seasons and on those shows the lead actor wasn't destroyed by a snow plow. So yeah, it's pretty amazing. I'm happy for him for being alive and happy for us for being able to continue enjoying his work.
