At least GOT is much more interesting than WD's filler episodes. The last month of Walking Dead has been a freakin' bore, with hints of cool here and there. These last two episodes better bring on the pain.

I thought that might be a possibility, too.

I want to like Michonne as a character but they keep writing the worst scenes possible for her. She is never going to be the fan favorite that I guess the producers and AMC intended.

The only reason he beats her to the prison is because it's inconvenient for the story if she does. But seeing as they only have two more episodes, they couldn't draw out her trek to the prison with enough time for him to realistically catch up with her.
It would have been better for Andrea to have been found missing later, after the zombies were torched, to make it a real question as to who lit the zombies up; as is they pigeon-holed Milton as the one instead of making it a whodunnit affair.

I didn't mind the flashback scene between Michonne and Andrea, but my only problem was that there never was a callback to it...it was just abandoned. I'm wondering if we'll get some more flashbacks before the season ends as filler since you know they want to save the big confrontation for the finale:
* The origin of Michonne's zombie companions
* A look at Milton and governor before the fall
* Where did Glenn get that hat?
etc.

But it wasn't necessary, because we already knew this.

By the way, in that campfire scene you could tell they were just miming the food. Andrea would stick her spoon in, stir it around, and then pull it out and it was clean as a whistle.

Really liked this episode - didn't feel like filler at all this time out. Thought it was really well made.
These walking dead threads remind me of MMA threads....Do most of you who nitpick this show honestly thing you could do better cause I don't think you could.
I loved how they showed the Gov's true craziness...yes we have seen it before but this episode showed how bat shit nuts he really is.

So can we assume Andrea is done for, now? I interpreted the ending that Andrea was going to end up getting the torture treatment, but was it supposed to be a cliff hanger?
Torture stuff usually makes me uneasy, but doubly so this episode. I don't know why since they didn't show anything, but the implements he put out on the table were very chilling. Especially the thread... Plus the knowledge he was just doing it for fun. I actually felt really bad for Andrea at the end.
The episode was okay, but I didn't like it much only because we were coming off of the last two episodes. The show had a rapid pace the first half of the season, but it has slowed to a halt. The warehouse alternated between ridiculous and suspenseful, and it might have worked if we were coming off a great episode last week. But the show just feels sloppy right now. The showdown between Woodbury and the Prison is being built up way too much.
I also hated how the Governor caught up with Andrea RIGHT when Rick almost saw her. Lame suspense.

God, this was just awful. I'm waiting for this clusterfuck to be over so they can start airing the new season of Mad Men.

I don't mind Milton being the one to do it but what didn't make sense to me was how out of character it was for him to hint at it right to the gov's face. Up to this point the gov has scared him to death. It just didn't seem like an inteligent thing to hint at, nor do I understand how Milton was able to sneak in and out of Woodbury without anyone noticing.

Details like that are unimportant as long as it propels the plot. Realism or consistency are not requirements for this show.

I can't believe people are bitching that the Governor found Andrea. He saw her in the big open field while driving down the road. She ran towards the abandoned buildings so he drove towards there too. She made a loud noise in one as he was going by so he knew which one she was in. After that he still knew where she was going so not hard to drive nearby the prison then wait to ambush her. No special magnets or hunting skills required at all.
Milton knows where all the Governor's secret stashes and torture rooms are. He knows how to sneak out of Woodbury as he helped Andrea sneak out once already. However, I'm not convinced it was him who did the burning. He seems too cowardly (and lacking in defense skills) to leave Woodbury's walls by himself even in a car.

And I thought it was a tragedy that Rick almost saw her, and the fact that he didn't, and couldn't save her, means, to me, that Andrea is as good as dead. I do not believe that Milton will become the Lone Ranger and save Andrea before the Governor is done with her. And what will the Governor say as he's torturing Andrea? "I told you before, Andrea, if you go to the prison, stay there. You came back. You get no second chance."
I don't know Andrea's fate (haven't read the Graphic Novels), but if Andrea gets rescued, it will ruin the whole "Rick almost saw her" moment. It would be for naught.
