Do Darrell and his son have enough sunglasses? They we're both wearing a pair and they had four more up in clips.

Nabila's a good character on the show, but I don't necessarily think that she's up to being the next Dave. With all the hype, she hasn't shown herself to be too very cut throat or tough in the auctions, but maybe that's coming later.
Nice to see Barry score in 2 episodes in a row.

Nabila is a fraud. She never bids on anything and seems her only objective is to get cheap lockers or bid others up for no apparent reason. Love how she said a pyrex bowl was worth $10.

Yeah, why buy a set of 3 at the store brand new, when you can buy them for $10 a pop. There is no way they thought that gun was some antique either, but that's more on the show editors than her.

Hilton filed a federal lawsuit in Los Angeles Monday seeking to shut down the site and alleging that defendants Nabil and Nabila Haniss paid $2,775 for the belongings before turning around and selling the goods for $10 million to entrepreneur Bardia Persa and David Hans Schmidt, known as the "Sultan of Sleaze" because of his ties to the celebrity porn industry.

I like how they all getting into pissing contests to see who will blow the biggest amount on these crappy lockers by out-bidding each other. Darrell got stuck with that $6600 locker last night that he said he could clear about $3500 from - all because he wanted to "prove a point" to Dave...puhleeze.
I wish I had that kind of money to blow...

Oh and I was laughing my ass off at Darell bidding $6600 for a locker of crap. I find it hard to believe that Darrell DOES have that kind of money to blow and if he did that regularly, he'd be out of his lucrative flea market business.

I don't know what his appearance fee or whatever is for starring in this show, but I'm sure it's more than that. If they didn't blow their money on stupid shit every once in a while, it wouldn't be as exciting.

True but before the show, that would have doomed him. Plus, up until this point, I don't recall anyone bidding that high for a locker of crap. Bids have been high at times but only for lockers with a clear and obvious return.

Didn't watch both episodes, but the one with the $6,600 locker was ridiculous. I wonder what other people who go to these auctions think about the hoopla and circus that now surrounds storage locker buying in CA thanks to the show. It's gotta suck to know you're not going to get one cheap ever again.
I like the philosophy of the guys on Auction Hunters. They will pay about half the worth of what they can see with their eyeballs. These guys don't seem to get dragged into pissing contests too often.

She confused a fake Coach purse with a Gucci. She must not have an eye for the "deals".

Re: Official Storage Wars Discussion
She's got a great rack but that was more by luck than it was methodically buying that. If anyone knew it was Paris Hilton's locker it would have went for more than that. Not only that but most of the contents she was selling was personal stuff, like love notes and photos, so it's not like she saw that right away and thought "$10 Million pay off!".

I know its probably been said before, but with the exception of Barry, and possible Jarrod and Branidi, these are some of the worst people on the face of the earth. " I have no interest in this but if some one else wants it I am going to make them over pay"

Re: Official Storage Wars Discussion
A) Think the locker is worth more than you do. Which means your bidding is helping the locker reach fair market value.
B) Don't think it's worth that much, but also don't want you to have it. If they're being that petty, then they deserve to overpay.
Also, keep in mind that the overall auction process is a competition with your other bidders, not just the individual auctions. These auctions are cash only, so if you get someone to pay more for one locker, that means they have less cash onhand to bid on the next locker, which may be one that you do want.
