I enjoyed this episode mainly for Norman Reedus. Daryl was awesome in this episode. Reedus (acting-wise) really sold how painful those injuries were.
Plus, he got 2 badass zombie kills.
at Andrea recklessly taking the shot. What a stupid bitch.
at it only grazing the side of Daryl's head.
at Glenn and Maggie exchanging notes on when to have sex. I liked Glenn's comment to Dale on why he banged Maggie..."Because I thought I was going to die tomorrow"
That's a very good reason to bang a 22-year old hottie during a zombie apocalypse.

I enjoy a lot of things about this show, but man, once again, another week and they still haven't found that fucking little girl. Carl being injured is plenty of reason not to move on, you don't need a missing kid as well. Find her. Alive, dead, I don't care at this point.
Norman Reedus was flat out awesome this week. Really sold his scenes. Nice to see Rooker again, even as a dream.
The note-passing was a little cheesy, but it did lead to a nice set-up with Glen in the barn.
Andrea is an idiot. Hopefully now she'll shut up for an episode or two.

I think that sometimes, and then I wonder about actual traffic on DVDTalk. I mean DVDs aren't nearly as popular as they were 10 years ago. I'm sure traffic is also down here. Not defending the show, but I wonder about that kind of stuff.

I guess I can see why people thought the passing the note was cheesey. I saw it as a clever way to get Glenn to the barn alone but still have Maggie catch him before he runs and tells everyone in his group.
I am really enjoying this show but I went in knowing it was more about the drama with the survivors than zombie killing. Still finding this is the only show other than Fringe I can't wait to watch live and to watch the encore presentation. Each their own I guess.

Darryl's story was the highlight of the episode. Pretty badass, killing one walker with an arrow sticking out of you, then pulling out the arrow, loading it, and killing another one.
I wonder what the doc is thinking, keeping zombies in the barn. Does he hope for a cure? Or is it some religious fervor? Now that we've seen them, of course they're getting loose soon.
What did the notes say?

I've complained about this show plenty, but the annoyance of Andrea has pretty much always been at the top of my list (or at least since her sister died). Somebody like that would never last 5 minutes in a real zombie apocalypse. And now she has that stupid hat on.

Does this show take place in real time because it's taking a looong time to wrap up storylines.
24 wrapped up story arcs faster than this show...haha

Geez...there's not enough mob hits and they barely kill anybody anymore on this show! Tony Soprano and crew are boring now....I'm outraged! Oops...wrong thread.
Will admit that the Sophia storyline is dragging but there are enough Zombies for me. Bring on the next episode.

I'll echo the comment earlier about really liking how they're doing the farmhouse stuff. Really liked the interaction between Shane and Rick at the beginning of this episode too.

My thought.
I could watch a show about Daryl being badass, you know, killing zombies and shit.
I'm not that interested in the show anymore, I only watch it to know what people are complaining about here.

Most of the content in previous threads were people complaining about the show.
I guess they've dropped out. Thank god.

Andrea shooting Daryl was just so incredibly stupid even if it wasn't him. You're wasting a bullet on one zombie when you have three capable guys running at it with blunt objects. And, you have three guys running at it that could get in the way of the shot especially if you just learned how to shoot like 2 days ago.
Andrea's got to die now and I agree that they really need to find the little girl. How many days has it even been? Seems highly unlikely for her to survive on her own this long without being found by zombies or anyone else.
Daryl killing those two walkers was probably the most badass moment in the series so far.

I thought it would have been funny had Andrea shot Rick, T-Dog or Shane since they were in the line of fire.
Liked Daryl's storyline here. Gave him motivation and back story. Eating the squirrel was icing on that cake more so than the collection of ears.

True. That's my only gripe about the stupid kid, just taking way too long. Anyone watch last season of Sons of Anarchy? Basically like this but in Ireland and with bikers instead of zombies.

Oh, I did get a laugh that Glen had to at the children's table with Maggie.
