Team Jacob:
Hurley
Jack

Team MiB:
Sawyer
Sayid
Claire

That's all we know for sure (although I think the Last Supper pic tells us which side the rest will fall). Of course we don't know what they need them for, that has yet to be revealed. I'm sure we'll at least have to wait until the end of the recruitment to find out both sides agenda.

As I said before, I believe the MiB is looking to replace himself with the proper candidate to be the new Smokey so he can leave the island and finally go home.

Hopefully, Ilana gets to the Temple with Jacob's ashes before the MiB does. Maybe Jacob can be revived and destroy the MiB thus sending Smokey back into him. Then all the candidates will be free to leave the island. They can probably get the Ajira plane to take off as long as Lapidus survives to pilot them off the short runway. Wonder if there's enough fuel...

Re: Lost -- "Lighthouse" -- 02.23.10

In as far as whom was on the lighthouse wheel:

The lighthouse protractor reveals the following potential candidates that weren't previously known from the Cliffside cave:

* Pryce crossed out at number 14.
* Rousseau crossed out at number 20.
* Brennan crossed out at number 35.
* Stanhope crossed out at 48.
* Austen at number 51. Austen is not crossed out and was not shown in the scene in the cave in "The Substitute."
* Burke crossed out at number 58.
* Faraday crossed out at number 101.
* Lewis crossed out at number 104, which is different from "The Substitute" where she has number 140.
* Rutherford crossed out at number 32, which is different from "The Substitute" where she has number 31.
* Wallace crossed out at number 108.
* Friendly crossed out at number 109.
* Linus crossed out at number 117.
* Dawson crossed out at number 124.
* Littleton crossed out at number 313, which is different from "The Substitute" where she has number 212.

51 is 4 + 8 + 16 + 23, so that's probably why they gave her that number.

Re: Lost -- "Lighthouse" -- 02.23.10

My latest theory...
Christian has a much bigger role in the whole thing, and was a primary reason the plane crashed on the island. This was his plan to have the Red Sox win the world series. He knew he son would have Tickets to the Yankees/Sox series in the playoffs and his presence would cause the sox to lose. So he crashed the plane.
Jacob and MiB are yankee fans. And they are manipulating everyone who was on the plane into resetting everything so the yankees win against the sox and continue onto the world series in 2007. The last scene of the series will be in the alternate timeline with the Yankees defeating the Sox in 4 games.

Hmmm, maybe that means Jacob is trying to keep Boston Rob from finding the Island. Because we've all seen how adept Boston Rob is at recruiting people for his forces of evil on deserted islands.

Eloise will be the mother so in the NC timeline Jack's son is actually Daniel Faraday.

Most are assuming:
Death >> Open to infection

But what if it is:
Infection (dormant) >> "Death" >> Infection becomes 'active'

I put death in quotes because I'm unsure if Sayid (or Claire) 1) actually died and were resurrected, or 2) simply seemed dead but were actually 'immortal' once infected, meaning.

That video is dumb. Too long to get to the punch line and not even funny.

I thought the episode was very good. Face paced and some new insights.

I'm curious how, according to Jacob, it's "too late" to get to the Temple. He said somebody was already there, yet FLocke was at Claire's camp. Maybe he was referring to Richard?! Who else is headed to the Temple that could be a problem? I'd say the lady/Sun/Frank/Ben, but I think they are still a good distance away.

I appreciate the feedback, regardless of you not liking it. Maybe I will edit it down based on what you said. I will keep trying and hopefully one day put one together that will make you laugh.

How can you say that it was a face paced episode? I felt that it was very far from that, I guess we all have our own opinions. Anyways, maybe Jacob is referring to Sayid already being there .

He never said they were already there, only that they were coming and it was too late to warn the others. Meaning they don't have time to get back to the temple before Locke.

He didn't say they were there yet, just that it wasn't safe there now. Claire is probably going with MiB to get her baby at the Temple.

Claire stated that her 'friend' told her the others have the baby, meaning MiB has been lying to her as well, regardless of any type of sickness. I think MiB is going to use Claire as a pawn to get into the Temple.

Sayid is there. He wanted Jack and Hurley out because they're still "candidates" Miles has already been crossed off so he doesn't matter.
