Really? It's not showing up in iTunes for me.

*edit - weird - I had to unsubscribe and resubscribe to see the casts from this year.

I apologize if this was mentioned earlier, but I went through this thread pretty thoroughly. The cranking of the wheel in the lighthouse sounded to me like the smoke monster when it travels. I wasn't really sure how to take this but I am guessing that just as the smoke monster reveals significant moments from the person's life when it is "judging" them, the lighthouse also shows moments that require redemption when you "tune it" correctly.

I have noticed noises that seem to be familiar as well, in different parts of the show. In the previous episode when John Locke is in bed, his alarm clock sounds just like the hatch alarm noise when time is running out and the numbers need to be input. Also when John Locke is on his wheelchair, on his way to his car after getting fired, I thought that his wheel chair made clanking noises kind of like the smoke monster. I am probably looking too deep into both of these instances. In this lost thread I have been called a poor boy, and also that I should consider killing myself, so please don't take anything I say to be worth looking into at all.......but maybe it is.
