Kind of agree. And while on the subject, in the flashback "Four Months Ago" episode, did we ever find out how Sylar got away from the plaza and ended up in South America? Perhaps it wasn't as important or relevant as the other facts revealed in that episode to tie things together, but who helped him? Maybe I just missed that. Was it the Company as well?
I thought the girl who could create illusions spirited him away while under the cover of one of her illusions, and that she did so for the company, though I'm not sure that direct connection was ever established. Nobody seemed to really be looking for him after he escaped, though.

Any chance it could be ma Petrelli? I found it odd that right after the shooting they went to a shot of her on the phone and she was in black. I did not tape it and can't remember what she said but from what I remember she mentioned that it was over. Could have meant the protection of the company getting exposed and not the virus. Figured I would throw that out there to be shot down coldly : )

Yeah, I know, but it does mean that they could bring him back eventually.

I just wish this show would move forward a bit more than it has.

While the phone conversation does imply that she was in on it, she doesn't seem the type to get her own hands dirty with that kind of stuff, especially snuffing out her own son.

I did get the feeling when she touched "Flying man" on his arm and said to shoot Peter if necessary, that that would be the nudge he needed to shoot Peter, but it never came to fruition.

Well, they were both in the plaza at the same time, but Matt seemed like he was unconscious as soon as Sylar TKed the bullets into him, and Hiro wasn't there for all that long (he teleported in, stabbed Sylar, and was almost immediately TKed away).

That may not follow, depending on how you define Peter's power. Remember Peter's power isn't regeneration, it's mimicry. His blood may not heal anybody because regeneration isn't his natural power.

This season felt mostly mediocre with probably more bad moments than good ones. Half the storylines were boring or pointless - usually they were just dragged out over multiple episodes.

-The most glaring negative was Nikki/Micah/Monica storyline. Worthless waste of time plot that wasn't even entertaining. Poor Ali Larter gets stuck with two seasons of crap.
-Claire's was also pretty boring. She didn't contribute a whole lot this season either, other than to be kidnapped.
-Maya/Alejandro's got better once Sylar joined up with them, but the first few episodes were not exciting. Good way to show how to stretch a story over 4-5 episodes.

I liked the rest of the storylines. HRG and Parkman were probably the best, with Hiro and Peter coming up second after a slow start.

We've already seen his blood heal Nathan.

How does Matt do investigative research into the previous generation of Heroes, including the death of Kaito Nakamura, and not realize he has a son? I guess it's possible he knew Hiro exisited, just not what he looked like, but come on...

1. Peter does not have healing blood. Only Adam and Claire have that. I guess he could think about healing himself and his blood would heal him but once it left his body I don't think it would still function that way.

2. Why is it that people still don't understand that Sylar is the series villain. He is there Magneto. They're not going to kill him off in the second season, that will probably be reserved for the series finale. Hopefully we don't have a "face turn" ala Magneto.

3. The shot of Adam and Peter walking down the hall kicking ass made this whole season worth it to me. I need to find an image of that to replace my Peter vs Sylar wallpaper from last season.

He sure does. He has Claire's powers and now Adam's, from being around him. If their blood has it, his does.

Now, if only he got the power to talk out of both sides of his mouth.

We don't know if having their power means having their blood.

, wait, you mean having the power to walk through walls, a genetic power, can be given to even a lay person just by putting your hands on them?

The show is pretty implausible when it comes to this stuff. Essentially, if the creators want a character to have a power, they have it, as well as the ability to impute that power on others.

Are they going to be rerunning this season? I missed the last episode because my power was out.

not safe for work. strange hearing KB swearing alot. Also the last 2 minutes are a little hard to watch.

Oh, and I enjoyed the finale. Sure, it wasn't as good as season 1, but better then alot of the other crap out there.

Pretty good finale. I'm guessing the "end" that was put in to make it a real finale was the introduction to Volume III.

-Good to see them putting an end to Nikki. I like Ali Larter but Nikki/Micah were a waste of screentime. Hopefully this puts an end to her storyline and they don't try to bring her back in anyway. They should give her a proper ending by closing out her story along with Micah and Monica. Wishful thinking on my part considering they didn't show Nikki dead.

-Hiro putting Adam 6 feet under is just fucked up. I like the character though, I hope they bring him back. Considering this is a comic book tv show I'm assuming they'll find a way.

-Nathan bit it. Pretty awesome moment in the show but since we know that they can pretty much bring anyone back from the dead the show can't be trusted anymore. I wouldn't be surprised to see Nathan make yet another comeback.

-Volume 3 should be good. I'm one of the few that isn't tired of Sylar. I think he's one of the best bad guys ever. Hopefully next season will be less "save the world from a nuclear attack or virus" and more "save the world from these bad guys". The company vs. HRG/Parkman/Mohinder would be cool. As would finally seeing a real duel between Sylar and Peter.

The strike really ruined this season. It started off slow since they needed to fill space to fill an entire season and then the ending seemed way too rushed. IMO, this season could have been really great. As I said before, I think Heroes can find a perfect medium in a short 12-16 episode season. Just enough time to build up important stories without too much filler and just enough time to properly execute and end the plot.

And no offense, but it's been a disaster. Characters acting like complete morons half the time in order to service the plot, new additions to the cast that are completely worthless if not downright annoying, a storyline that took forever to get going and didn't exactly thrill or entertain when it finally did, and plotholes you could drive a Mack truck through.

Thumbs down for me. Way down. If there's one show that'll benefit from the strike more than any other, it's Heroes. Now Kring can go back to the drawing board and deliver a 3rd season that lives up to the promise of Season 1(lameass finale notwithstanding). Provided the majority of fans are still watching next fall.
Couldn't agree more, this season was absolute garbage.
This season, or any other future season we get will NEVER live up to the first season.

Hmm the gravity of people dying has lost it's edge since Blood can cure people now.
What a cop out for the show. I mean shit come on....Ohhh ya lets "kill" off a major character to intrigue the viewer, but always leave it open to bring them back, what a god damn cop out. I have never seen a show go from soooo good to soooo god damn bad so fast. Its too bad.

Kring your show sucks, bad.

If Adam is anything like the immortals in Highlander, he'll just die when he runs out of oxygen or starves and then come back to life, and then die again, etc . . . I remember there was this one Highlander episode where this guy was chained up and dropped into a coffin which was thrown into the water. He basically laid dormant for hundreds of years, dying and coming back to life, repeatedly.
