You're both right. Junior moved into Tony's mother's home after she died.

Isn't that right? It sounds right.

The synopsis on HBO.com just calls it a safehouse.

Although I do like the idea of it being a "family" home.

No, not right.
Livia and Junior lived in seperate residences (at the same time). We don't know what happened to Junior's home after he got institutionalized. They didn't make it obvious where Tony was holed up at; but thematically, it makes more sense for it to be at Livia's.

I don't think it was Livia's based on the layout of where the kitchen was but I'd need to see it again to be sure. Also, wouldn't that be kind of crazy to hole up at what was his mother's house? Seems like an obvious place but maybe that's the genius of the plan

Here's hoping there's a gratuitous nude shot of Meadow in the final episode. Now, that would make a great finale!

I was hoping he'd be drinking from the big waterbottle at the table.

Just a guess but I know they were originally were going to have only 8 episodes in Season 6 part II.
Maybe they filmed it as a two hour episode and cut it in half...
Yet another week before many people cancel their subscriptions..
Also it'll make it look like more is included on the DVD which will no doubt be $100 again..

It may not be cool, mob-like behavior, but at least he wasn't chasing women, which is probably more reckless behavior than playing with toy trains. Of course, cheating on Parvati Janice would be reckless in other ways.

Not to encourage those kind of prices, but I'll gladly pay top dollar for these handful of shows over 24 episodes of any other series currently on the air. This second half of Season 6 has been the best the show has been since Season 2, no doubt.

can anyone post a screenshot of tony sitting next to his gun, right after he takes it out if the bag?

Really awesome scene and great episode. Loved the tension building with the train, and the mirrors in the store.

Same here. I'll buy this when its on DVD, the same as I've bought all of the other seasons. But.. its really going to fry my ass when they put out a huge Sopranos Complete Series Box Set. Like they did with Six Feet Under. Its almost like you get punished for supporting the show and buying them as they come out. I remember when I got the first season. I told my girlfriend that there was some Mob show that out on DVD, that I would like to see, she went and bought it for me the next day. I started late.

Interesting to note that the episode synopsis at HBO.com says that the big gun is the one Bobby gave him for his birthday.

Melphi closing the door on Tony reminded me of the last scene in The Godfather.

I just wish you could get the slip cover for the whole set. Kind of like how the Lord of the Rings was handled.

I liked how Bobby just died, Syl's not far from joining him, and Tony is in imminent danger but Paulie still takes time to check out the girl that AJ is with

Other than the Melfi scenes I enjoyed the episode.

I can't even put into words how disgusted I was with what happened to Melfi at the dinner party.

Yeah, that was really classless of Kupferberg. But I love how Bogdanovich plays that character.
