Another good ep, I am glad to see that they didn't drag out the HIV story w/ Linda.

I'll bet something happens that isn't quite sex - at least not by Clinton's definition.

Another good episode...gotta kick out of the Ephram/Madison situation toward the end of the show. For me, Everwood is and has been a solid show since it's debut last year.

Talk about a semi-uplifting tearjerker of an episode. All that was missing was Billy Joel's "Tell Her About It" in the background.
In helping a stutterer get over his fear of telling the girl he likes how he feels, Andy finds more resolve in pursuing Linda. Harold puts 2 and 2 together, and convinces Linda that she must tell Andy about her HIV condition and let him make up his own mind. Andy's reaction to the news was more heartbreaking than earlier when Linda just tells him that she wasn't interested in him romantically (as a self-defense mechanism).
Madison lets her guard down and confesses to Ephram that she's in love with him, and the timing is terrible since she's 20, and he's 16. Sarah Lancaster did some good work in her scenes, showing a lot of vulnerability and confusion over her emotions and feelings towards Ephram.
Amy finds a connection with a guy who's got a storied past in rehab (for alcohol abuse, not the more grandiose story of meth-abuse). This has the making of a big trainwreck (plus, given the previews, it's where it's headed).
Overall, another solid episode with plenty of emotion and heart.

Yup, I agree.
I missed last weeks episode, so I watched it Sunday on the "EasyView" and my wife commented that she was glad the new ep was going to be the next day so that she didn't have to wait for it.
Great ep. Felt bad for Justin (the stutterer), but he was very positive about it.
Keypoints I loved about the ep.
• Ephram is smooth with the 'fever dream' line.
• Dr Abbott giving his wife the flowers and the balloons.
• The pharmisist talking loudly to Amy about her prescription.
... and the best one of the night:
• Bright doing kareoke at the slumber party!!

Great episode. It was nice seeing Amy smile again. I like her new guy even if he's trouble.
I also liked how they showed the parallel romance stories between her and Tommy and Ephram/Madison.
I'm glad Ephram finally has someone that likes him.

I liked this ep, even though I could have cared less for the stutterer and his little sub-plot.
I was waiting for Harold to figure out Linda's secret and approach her about. Glad he told her to tell Andy. That scene w/ Dr. Brown playing guitar and singing to Linda before she told him the news was very touching. That whole sequence was very well done.
Bright is funny as shit. 'Nuff said.
Ephram is awesome!!! I also thought Sarah Lancaster did an excellent job as Madison.

I cannot stand Amy and most of the scenes with her grate on my nerves because I just want to slap her. I just started watching Everwood this season (episode 3) so I have no idea what happened to her boyfriend, but everyone else has moved on so she needs to stop being such a bitch and get over it.
I started liking Ephram once he quit whining over Amy and started in on Madison. Madison is hot enough to keep me coming back each week just to watch her.
What else has Sarah Lancaster (Madison) been in? Wasn't she in Saved by the Bell the New Class?
Overall I have been very impressed with each episode this season. I wish season one would come out on DVD so I can catch up.

Very good episode overall. Glad to see Ephram getting some return affection from Madison, for a change. The scenes with Dr. Brown and Linda Abbot were pretty sad, but excellently done.
But as others have already said, best scene of the show was Bright doing Karaoke. What makes it even funnier is that all the girls in Delia's class have huge crushes on him.
The whole Amy subplot was starting to get on my nerves, but hopefully with this new love interest, regardless of what happens, Amy as a character will move onward with her life.

Man, I am SO pissed! My Tivo's audio crapped out on me 20 minutes into the show and I wasn't at home to reset it. The remaining 40 minutes has no audio and the video's kinda screwed up too (doesn't appear to track correctly). I just read about this problem on the Tivo forums. Appears to be a very common problem. This REALLY blows. If it keeps happening I'm going to be demanding a free lifetime subscription if I have to buy another Tivo machine.

Bright was hilarious......after he was finished singing....he sat down between Ephram and Madison and told Madison she was invading his space.

Does not indicate he actually plays the piano in real life.....but an interesting cast bio on him.

"Unhappy Holidays"
Betty White stops by (as Rose's mom) with her hubby for Thanksgiving dinner with the Abbots. Harold freaks out and gives Amy's new boyfriend Tommy the 3rd degree over his seedy past in recovery centers. Amy and Harold have it out in front of everyone, and she is so over her father's ways.
Andy finds out about Ephram and Madison and goes ballistic. It takes talking to an Indian father (Adam Beach, who plays a casino manager) whose son is about to walk through fire to become a man to see that he has to let Ephram learn some lessons the hard way. Reluctantly, Andy allows Ephram and Madison to see each other, but reminds Madison what she's dealing with.
With Thanksgiving dinner ruined for each, Andy and Harold end up at the town bar, and then go to the Indian Reservation casino to get away from it all. Harold starts up well at the Blackjack tables, but ends up in the hole quite a bit...
Andy and Linda bump into one another while looking for Christmas trees, and Andy goes in for the killer liplock after Linda confesses that she did like the attention he lavished on her. Delia is so not thrilled with this new development.
Amy runs away. The police have an APB on her. Supposedly Tommy doesn't know where she is. Rose's mom rips into Harold for being a bad father (to both Bright and Amy), but Rose comes to his defense, and then Rose's dad rips his wife a new one because she's so unpleasant and judgmental (that was funny).
Stay tuned...
(I think we are in re-run season for a bit now that sweeps are over for November).
Emily Vancamp is really doing a good job with Amy, her mood swings and pain driven by her father's dismissal of her new boyfriend just pushed her over the edge, and you can see it in her face in their showdown. The scenes between Andy, Ephram and Madison were also well done, as were the one between Harold and Amy.

Bwahaha...Betty White got the smackdown by Rose and Rose's dad. That was good.
I liked Andy and Delia's awkward dinner conversation with the Spongebob balloon and calling her "sweetie".
I still don't like Madison, even if she's dating Ephram. She's still annoying and unappealing to me, and I'd rather have Nina, the neighbor back. She just disappeared, alone without her gay husband, who's off on nip/tuck and all.
Good episode.

I'll be out of town for the next two weeks so just one show I do not need to worry about taping as far as the repeats.
Another great episode last night.....Dr. Abbott needs some serious help!!! Man...what an arsehole!!!
Dr. Brown needs to let go a little bit and let Ephram enjoy his first relationship with a girl. If it does not work....then it does not work. So be it but let Ephram experience that for himself.
I will be looking forward to the new episodes in January and by the way.....where is Season 1 on dvd???

My favorite parts of this show are when Andy and Harold coincedentally wind up at the bar together.
Though I am getting sick of Amy's storyline - the face-off between her and Harold were good.
When Rose and her father came back and brought the wrath on her mother, Betty White, I was extremely happy. I can't stand Betty White - she annoys the piss out of me.
I am getting sick of Delia glaring w/ anger at Andy. You're a little kid - go play w/ a freaking doll or something!
Though nothing good is going to come of the relationship w/ Ephram - I still like Madison.
