No, I don't think that it will get cancelled. I am just wondering why it's not performing well, it is SUCH a good show! I can't believe people are not watching it!

Well, I tried out the first episode and yeah, it's good but I don't feel like watching it every week. Plus, they have CSI: Miami competeing against it.

I hope so; it's like watching lost episodes of Sports Night. Terrible show. I'm not a big fan of CSI: Miami, so hopefully NBC will eventually give up on Sports Ni... err... Studio 60 and replace it with something decent. But unfortunately, I think Studio 60 will be around awhile before it starts inexplicably appearing on "shows that were canceled too soon" lists.

CBS' "Criminal Minds" had a 10.9/16 in the 9 p.m. hour, beating the 10.2/15 for ABC's "Lost," though the ABC drama averaged more viewers.
Now that there is just confusing to me. That's a huge difference in households.

At 9 p.m., ABC’s “Lost” was first with a 6.7, followed by CBS’s “Criminal Minds” at 4.4. Among total viewers, things were much closer – 16.66 million for “Lost” and 16.49 million for “Minds.”
Down from last week, but appears to still be higher than the S2 average.

I'm not sure, but I think Lost gained its viewers due to its #1 position amongst 18-49 demo versus Criminal Minds which was a distant 4th.

Looking at the ratings and dropoff, I think Friday Night Lights might be lights out by Friday.

I just can't believe that this Dancing with the Stars is doing so well.
Crap.
Watching it with someone who was over 60 last night and seeing that they kept Jerry Springer on the show over the others, I can see who the target audience is.

It makes me want to cry allot. I think the name of the show (liek Buffy) scares people away. It sounds like a show aimed at Teen girls.
I think their renewal of the expensive 7th Heaven is more for them to worry about for now.

Did it improve over last week?

Those dumb-ass ad blocks with the 16-year-old girls dishing about their personal 'life experiences' during GG and VM aren't helping matters.

3.27m vs. 2.99m (-280,000 viewers)

You'll have to wait to see next week since that 3.27m was for the season premiere.

I don't think it'll be long until ABC dumps Six Degrees... I also can't see 20 Good Years lasting. Yeah, I know it was one episode, but from what I saw of it, there wasn't anything special, unlike The Office which doesn't get great ratings either, but deserves more chances.

Six Degrees is actually starting to grow on me. I find that I end up watching that off the Tivo on Thursday night, as soon as I finish Grey's Anatomy. A lot of other shows sit unwatched longer, but Six Degrees is light enough to just put on and enjoy while I am catching up on emails.

- Total viewer not available
- CBS ratings are half-hour later due to football overrun

Considering UGLY BETTY and BROTHERS & SISTERS both have full-season pickups, and MEN IN TREES is expected to get the back nine as well as WHAT ABOUT BRIAN beating STUDIO 60 in ratings; and since ABC has already put two scripted midseason replacements into production (OCTOBER ROAD & UNTITLED DRAMA)... I don't see SIX DEGREES and/or THE NINE making it past January...

2.99 isn't that bad consdiering last year's ratings, and its definately getting more viewers than any of the comedies as well as RUNAWAY (not to mention its cheapness)... all these factor's help in deciding its survival...
