Great to see the Amazing Race back in the 10 million viewer range. Even though The Apprentice continues it's downward spiral, I still think NBC may consider renewing it considering how cheap it must be to produce it compared to it's scripted programming.
The Winner was awful. Watched like 5 minutes of it and it wasn't funny at all and that damn laugh track was so fucking annoying. Not surprised it tanked.

7-8pm (6-7pm):
i like reba but all the shows in this timeslot mean nothing to me, reba is over & 60 minutes is a real borefest sometimes, dateline beat American dad & the war at home which is nice to see cause i am now sick of that show. 12 mill people is the highest for this timeslot, thats pretty sad.
8-9pm (7-8pm):
Would have liked to have seen TAR in first, I know EM: HE is touché feel type stuff so I can see why its #1, still through 14 mill still isn’t huge numbers. The Simpsons got decent ratings as they should, the winner sucked but still alright numbers. Good too see people aren’t watching Grease: YTOTIW & Americas next top model-awful shows.
9-10pm (8-9pm):
Good ratings for cold case last night, it got beat by housewives but still decent number, who cares about DOND and its nice to see that the Simpsons got more viewers than family guy, that could be more of the fact that people turned the channel after they watched the winner.
10-11pm (9-10pm):
Nice too see without a trace #1, its my #1 favorite show on Sundays next to TAR & cold case followed by the Simpsons. I wish apprentice 6 beat B&S through.
Shows by 18-49 Demo:
pretty good nite for my shows not great but decent.
Overall:
decent night, good episodes of TAR, CC, WAT.

Wow... I honestly thought that 'The Black Donnellys' had hit potential... but with only a 50% retainment from 'Heroes' and only 7.xx million viewers, that doesn't look too good.

It is quite telling that a rerun of CSI Miami got over twice as many viewers as The Black Donnellys. NBC should probably put on a fun and escapist show on at 10 that would be a better companion to Heroes than Studio 60 and Donnelys have been.
I'm suprised that Rules of Engagement is such a breakout hit. It just goes to prove that, unlike most TV dramas, critical success has no connection to ratings with sitcoms.

Good to see that 24 is back in the 13M viewer range after a gradual drop in viewership. I am especially pleased to see it doing so well in the 18-49 demographic. Now that Heroes is off the air until late April, I will be curious to see if 24 will remain consistent in it's overall viewership.
Not surprised at all about the Black Donnelly's huge drop from last week. I watched the pilot, but was really underwhelmed by it. I agree with Ms. M's comment that NBC should look for a more fun show with lots of eye candy as a good companion to Heroes next fall.

Would something like Las Vegas fit in there or would they lose a good portion of their crowd at the 10:00 time slot?

With the previews for next week, and Heroes going away for awhile, I expect a bump in the ratings..

18 million people watched deal or no deal? i don't know why people watch this bloody show. prison break only got 9 mill, HIMYM & the class got alright ratings. wife swap did pretty good for a repeat episode & the 2 CW comedies are at the bottom as usual, EHC is alright but All of Us is....bad. can't wait till the new adventures of old christine returns.
9-10pm (8-9pm):
Heroes beat Two & a half men & Rules of engagement, that wouldn't have been a shock before but it is now. i would have liked to have seen the 2 CBS comedies in #1 spot but i don't like either one of them, to standard sitcom satire for me. 24 still in #3 spot but this week they got more viewers-i don't watch the show but its nice for fans of the show. nice to see supernanny get almost 10 million viewers, & wow did CW get there assed kicked in this timeslot, but those 2 comedies suck.
10-11pm (9-10pm):
wow people watched a repeat of CSI: Miami, i watch it every week but i often cringe at the bad acting, its cbs #1 comedy i think, the black donnelly's got alright ratings, it still a shitty show-at least it beat the even worse show-what about brian?
Shows by 18-49 Demo:
eh, decent. most of the shows on monday i watch arn't back yet-new ad. & king of queens. i watch CSI: Miami but not repeats. i watched corner gas, wife swap & supernanny last nite.
Overall:
pretty low key nite.
i don't know, it used to be on mondays but its not doing that well on fri's, don't know why cause its one of the better shows this year.

OMG did the "Pussy Cat Dolls" show really honestly bring in 3.9 million viewers? That honestly makes me sick, and pretty much starting the nailing on Veronica's coffin...

*NOTE*: Everything exept dateline was repeats last night for me so i was watch hawaii five-O-the first season on the dvd!
Tuesday - 03/07
8-9pm (7-8pm):
well the AI does it again, i am still impressed at the ratings for NCIS cause it was a repeat and it still stood pretty well taking the #2 spot. not very good ratings for dateline: to catch a predator, it was alright last nite, to many predators. i don't like AI, AFHV, or the gilmore girls so? at least dateline beat AFHV & GG.
9-10pm (8-9pm):
god! 24 million people watched house? wow, i don't like the show but i can see the appeal. wow, not many people watch repeats of the unit & L&O: CI. i think NBC should move L&O: CI to saturdays, now before you start yelling here me out. the ratings for L&O: CI are pretty much the same as the saturday ratings it got, i think if they put new episodes on saturday it could reach 10 million people and break the saturday night death curse. primetime: outsiders got better ratings than nbc's dateline. i can't believe anyone watched the seach for the next pussycat doll.
10-11pm (9-10pm):
looks like people went to bed at this time, L&O: CI still #1 in this slot but not alot of viewers here, repeat of BL got low ratings.
Shows by 18-49 Demo:
at least NCIS & L&O: SVU are in the top 4.
Overall:
more repeats.
makes me sick to, makes me sick that anyone watches anything on the CW.

WINNERS
American Idol (FOX)
LOSERS
Dateline (NBC)
HONORABLE MENTION
Criminal Minds - R (CBS), Crossing Jordan (NBC), Lost (ABC)
DISHONORABLE MENTION
In Case of Emergency (ABC), Jericho (CBS), The Wedding Bells (FOX)
Note: I placed Crossing Jordan in the honorable mention category since it did grow out of Dateline by 1.83m viewers. Wedding Bells gets dishonorable mention for having a poor 44% retention out of American Idol. Also, Lost stays out of the winners circle since it couldn't make any growth despite going against a repeat of CSI: NY.

DVD Talk God
Alright, small improvement on CJ's new night. It gained over 2 million viewers since it's last Sunday airing and beat Jericho in the 18-49 demo. Hopefully it can keep this up enough to impress NBC executives to give it a season 7. It also really shows how poor ABC's programming in during that timeslot.
What a surprise that Wedding Bells lost alot of Idol's viewers. Since it's moving to Friday's, I only expect the viewership to drop even more.

8-9pm (7-8pm):
Well garbage Idol gets 28 million viewers, what a shock. Wow low ratings for Jericho, dateline with alright ratings and nice to see not alot of people are watching the god awful ABC comedies & america's next top model.
9-10pm (8-9pm):
Wow, a repeat of criminal minds is still #1. i can't believe 12 million people watched the wedding bells, god that show sucked, it lost alot of AI's ratings through. minor improvement for CJ which is nice to see. I can't believe In case of emergency & according to jim is still on the air, there both awful comedies. especially ICE. pussycar dolls presents? come on i can't believe anyone watched that garbage.
10-11pm (9-10pm):
finally Lost is #1, but CSI: NY was a repeat & Lost didn't beat it by much either so its not much of a win. i like both shows, but its nice to see a non repeat show in first. i hate medium so i could care less, its nice to see a repeat CSI:NY beat that.
Shows by 18-49 Demo:
wow, i can't believe the wedding bells was in third, its a god awful show, nice to see Lost in 2nd through.
Overall:
Lost & crossing Jordan were the only 2 good shows last nite, wedding bells was awful, i don't watch repeats of anything cause i usually by the dvds of criminal minds & CSI: NY.
Nice to see CG have an improvement over its former sunday timeslot.
