Well, my order status is still OPEN. I got the confirmation e-mail. It says that the titles that were in stock are now IN PROCESS.

I'll keep my fingers crossed. I cancelled STL orders on Star Wars and Scorsese Collection already. Those should be pretty easy to get back considering the popularity.

Got my order confirmation w/ order number. Everything in-stock - I had a fairly modest order of six items (about $89)

Placed my order at 7pm PST yesterday.

everything of mine was in stock except 1 title which comes out next week. I didn't order any big releases at all. most of my titles were budget titles to begin with. I'm waiting to see.

Ummmm...why may I ask?

I would hope that someone would be able to get their orders through. The everyone or no one attitude is not very community like.

Just to chime in...my order from last night has disappeared from my open orders list.

That being said...I never checked the status before this morning. So, maybe it just hasn't shown up yet.

Dear DeepDiscountDVD.com Customers,

The promotional code posted on this and other forums was being tested internally and it was not intended to be released to the public yesterday. We do take this matter seriously and are conducting an investigation into exactly where the leak occurred.

We do, however, appreciate your enthusiasm for shopping with DeepDiscountDVD.com and we will honor the orders that we received. We're sorry that many of you were unable to submit your orders because of the heavy load on our servers. We had not planned for the additional traffic at this time.

Again, we do thank you for supporting DeepDiscountDVD.com over the years and hope that you'll continue to shop with us in the days to come!

Sincerely,

David Barker

It took 12 hours for it to show up for me, so perhaps it hasn't been posted yet.

Great company

orders can take up to 24 hours to appear on your order status so I would give them time to get it online

Only wish I could have placed another order... and what's this about wanting all the orders cancelled? I've missed out on plenty of deals and i've never held that thought...

oh man, wouldn't that be something if it was just a troll. Either way, I missed out on the code by about 2 minutes. I had everything in my cart, went to place it and the discount was gone. Oh well....

Though there were others on the IGN forums that knew about it before then... but they didn't want the "DVDTALK whores" to know about it.
