I found out about this when I already got the Blu-ray. It's like watching the movie on a DVD. Color and picture quality seems to be fine, but it looks like that they mastered the movie in 480p...

Because I bought online, usually its when the movie has more than one edition. Its stupid but thats what I did.

I pre-ordered the BD and the day it came, I tried the disc. But it was unable to pay.

After contacting the customer service, Amazon sent me a replacement. Tried the disc, but the movie stuck...

I love the aesthetic of the cases. My biggest gripe is that some of them breaks so easily when I accidentally dropped it, unlike the oldie goodie Amaray DVD cases. Better material would be welcomed.

If so, then a 1080p resolution would result in slightly smaller text and picture size due to its higher resolution.

yea I wouldn't taking a chance on this kind of thing. If it's over its weigh limit, there's a possibility the bracket could bent, or worse.
