Buy some Oak and go into your garage and make one.. one that fits all your equipment. That is what did. I included a "hole" for my sub to fit in so it sits on the floor and doesnt touch the stand.

I puchased a small Wall mount for a tv, bolted it to the wall and put my center speaker on it. A 19" tv wall mounting will hold your center speaker just fine. I paid $20 at best buy for one.
