Re: Machete

MR. MAJESTYK (1974) was the closest thing to "Mexploitation" I saw in the 1970s. Charles Bronson plays a melon grower who goes up against bad white competitors. Bronson doesn't play Mexican (although he easily could have), but his workers are all Mexican and the two main ones are played by Linda Cristal and Alejandro Rey (both Argentines). It was based on an Elmore Leonard novel.

I appreciate him for the same reasons I appreciate Uwe Boll.

There's a compliment in there somewhere.

I'm pretty sure he's not the one putting it on Twitter. They're just repurposed posts from here. Whoever is updating it needs to get back to work.

Sorry, but you can only be offended by something if random people on the internet say you can be offended.

I'd still like to hear Solid Snake PAC's examples of tasteful blackface.

Re: Machete

The movie has everything AND a masked mexican wrestler!

Also, even though I'm sure I'm alone in this, Michelle Rodriguez looks hot as hell in that trailer! (Funny how much has changed since The Fast And The Furious when I couldn't stand the sight of her. )
