Motherfuckers! Lionsgate is releasing Punisher (2004) in 4K but it looks like we're getting fucked out of the extended cut AGAIN! Everyone tweet those fuckers and demand the extended cut.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo ('11) and Hook are both listed on international retailers as coming in November.

Looks like Lionsgate may be releasing the original The Evil Dead in October as well.

It'll be interesting to see what improvement, if any, there is, considering the movie was shot on 16mm.

Unless I read horrible reviews about the transfers, it will be hard for me to resist buying all of these catalog horror titles. Hell, it might be hard to resist even with poor reviews considering the low price point. Bring on more catalog releases.

Was the BD for Evil Dead a 4K scan or would this be a new scan?

StudioCanal is prepping The Fog, Prince of Darkness, and They Live as October releases, according to one German retailer. We probably won't see any of those stateside anytime soon, if ever, so it's a good thing that UHD BD isn't region coded!

Between those, Christine, and Halloween, that's a whole lotta Carpenter in 4K this Fall.

No word yet. I could've sworn that the most recent BD was from a 4K master, but everyone seems to be saying it was actually 2K.

It looks like the first three Fast and Furious movies are coming 10/2. Not sure why they are skipping four and five for now.

apparently Rialto is theatrically releasing a 4K DCP of 'The Fog' on October 26th - not sure what or who will be releasing this to home video (?)

FilmArena in the Czech Republic is listing a 40th anniversary Ultra HD Blu-ray release of Alien for April '19.

With Fox unloading the classics like Predator and Die Hard, I guess Alien should come soon after. But will all of them?

Kino's first Ultra HD Blu-ray release has been pushed back to early next year. Still no word on what this unnamed title is.

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly is one strong possibility. If I were a betting man, that would be my guess.
