The Target Cartwheel app has MOS on it also so you can take 10% off your purchase.

According to the Walmart ad, the steelbook package includes the 3D version and will be $24.96. I think that's the version I'm getting.

For those who have a Fry's close to them, they send out a weekly ad what has promo codes. This week has MOS for $14.99, in-store only. This is for the Blu/DVD/UV set.

Does the movie coming in a steel or digibook make it suck any less? I haven't decided which to get yet.

It's apparently a misprint. The version showed in the picture is the same non-3D steelbook that they're selling on the website.

Re: Man Of Steel

So I guess because of the misprint in the ad, they have the Limited Collector's Edition 3D for $24.96 in stores. My store only had 3 this morning, so grab one early. Good luck.

Thanks! Rushed to my nearest Walmart. They had only one of these and it was just then being put on the floor. Rang up $24.96.

Hit the Target in North Hollywood on my way to work. They had about 16 Digibooks in the electronics section. My total came out to be $13.35 with the Cartwheel coupon and $6 I had left on a gift card.

Book looks really nice. Love the lenticular cover! Can't wait to watch it tonight.

So do you need a code to get that price?

Re: Man Of Steel

Got the Target digibook and was a little disappointed to find out the book is just excerpts from an actual book (this one) but still like it overall.
I heard word that the Walmart steelbook has its own special feature(s), is that true?

Yes you do. According to the ad I got, each promo code is unique. I already used it, but if you're interested in trying to use it, shoot me a pm and I can email the ad to you.

I hate when they do this shit.

Is it a bonus disc or is it included on the main feature disc like the Argo Target Exclusive?

Re: Man Of Steel

It must be on the main feature disc because there is no extra disc packed in.
My store still had all 3 copies of the L.E. but I went with the steelbook instead. The steelbook is pretty basic, no embossing or anything.

Re: Man Of Steel

Just received the CE from Amazon. Good God, this thing is huge. I thought it was just going to be about the same size as the TDK and Iron Man "masks" special editions but I was mistaken. Too bad it didn't arrive yesterday.

Re: Man Of Steel

Did everything with this release have to be big? The Target digibook is thicker than two standard Blu-ray cases.

True, but on the upside, the larger size meant they had to go into bigger security cases so they didn't get crushed to all hell.

True that! My Target had about 85% of them in those tied up wire things that dig into the case. There were a couple in huge security cases, though, and I grabbed one of those.
