Bought Insidious: Chapter 3 today...

I know it's cheaper paired with the second movie - which I still have to get - but I prefer my movies not be grouped together.

I hear ya, I am the same but space becomes a bigger issue each passing year.

During this most recent Deep Discount sale I decided to grab some concert discs I have debated purchasing for quite some time. I also grabbed the new "Donnie Darko" Limited Edition and the UK Arrow release of "House: The Complete Story" via Diabolik DVD. Both are terrific sets.

John Adams $10 at BB

Grabbed three two-packs at the Best Buy "Savestation" yesterday. I grabbed "Bad Boys I & II," "21 & 22 Jumpstreet" and "The Raid: I & II." Each in its own keepcase housed in a double-wide slipcover...6 Blu-ray titles for $20...now that's a deal!

I also visited the website of fine folks at Hamilton Books to order the "Peter Babriel: New Blood" Deluxe BD/DVD/CD package for a staggering $7.95--yes, there are no digits missing. I also grabbed the digibook of "A clockwork Orange." I think Warner Bros. missed the boat on the cover art but I picked it up strictly for the added content since I already own the standard release. I also picked up "Million Dollar Baby," "Don't Say a Word," and the 1967 trainwreck, "Casino Royale." All for a paltry $5.95. Finally I grabbed the "War Hero Collection." The $5.95 set includes "Patton," "Rescue Dawn," and "Behind Enemy Lines." I'll trade in "Patton" since I own the remastered version in a gorgeous metalpak. I'm hoping that it's three separate keepcases 'cause that's how I remember the set originally being packaged. Otherwise I'll trade the set in and take the small loss. I prefer unrelated titles in their own keepcases.

The Wild Bunch

Watching the Saul seasons recently made me wish I'd kept my old sets of this and not given them away. Amazon's deal came at a good time and the price was low enough that I won't regret letting these sit on the shelf a while before I get to them again.
