LiA is probably my last Criterion this sale, though at some point I do want to get Dr. Strangelove.

Wow. Can't believe they released that artwork with WTC and that quote right above it! What were they thinking?

Pre-ordered this "collector's edition" of Colossal from Canada for about the same going price as the US edition, which comes with a neat slipcover, some cool little add-ons like a mini-poster, and disc artwork.

Re: The last Blu-ray you bought (Round 3)

I bought Continuum: Season One BD last month at a flea market for $1.60. All while watching it I was thinking Eh, another freakin' cop show albeit with a few high tech gadgets, but when we finished it I found myself really wanting to know what happened next. Started looking for Seasons 2, 3, & 4, couldn't find them anywhere for less than (roughly) $20, but found them, still in good shape for $9.99 ea. at Ebay, so I went ahead and bought them...

They all get good reviews at Amazon and elsewhere, I hope I'm not disappointed...

I was a bit disappointed with the very ending, but overall, I thought it was a great, smart sci-fi series.

yeah, it's just too bad there are no supplements, except a deleted scene. missed opportunity or i would have snatched the physical in a heartbeat. i figure $3.75 for the digital ain't a bad deal...

IMO, kind of expensive for a 31 year old catalog title.

You do what you want man.

I'm just saying IMO, that's a little too expensive. I would probably wait until it's $15 or less.

I did see it back on VHS as a kid and I do like a younger Kate Capshaw and Kelly Preston. I just don't need it right now.

For the record, here are the extras. 2 interviews.

Special Features and Technical Specs:
Interview with star Lea Thompson
Interview with director Harry Winer
Original Theatrical Trailer
Optional English SDH subtitles for the main feature
