I picked up "8 Mile" from Walmart today for $10 plus tax after coupon. It was bundled with a DVD, but I'll either sell that for a couple of bucks or give it away.

"South Pacific" or "Monsters Vers Aliens"

Loved M v A, rented it 1st, then waited for Blockbuster to sale it for 9.99.

SP was OK, I thought it was going to be better. Few songs I loved, but the rest I got very bored with.

I don't own it personally, but my understanding is that the Band of Brothers UK edition is region free and should play fine on a U.S. player.

Also, to stay on topic, I just bought the Planet of the Apes box set from Amazon yesterday (awesome deal) and Minority Report.

for a grand total of ... drumroll ... $4.22 (making good use of Future Shop's trade-in promo for the BD). Could have gotten it for $1, but that's another story.
