Well, for someone like me who hasn't seen the series and doesn't know what he's missing, I can certainly justify not spending $200 on packaging that could potentially cause me to find harmed discs upon opening. I know Blu-ray has the more damage-proof coating on it, but I'm tired of spending money on multi-disc sets, just HOPING that I won't find anything defective inside. Looking for solid sets of LOST or Star Trek TOS Season 1 on Blu was daunting enough... to buy a set that includes 20 discs in cardboard sleeve type packaging is something I can totally resist. I've been burned too many times with Futurama's cardboard packaging, Simpsons cardboard accordion packaging, and more. Once the price is cheaper, someday I'll bite. As it is, I have Dexter Season 3 to buy this month on Blu, and I have to start saving for September... a month that's going to make my wallet cry out for mercy.

I thought it was a given that they would release the rest of the seasons separately. Did they hint that this was the only way to get the earlier seasons?

I haven't read anything about what Universal is planning to do with individual seasons, but it wouldn't surprise me if they take their time releasing the seasons separately. You can still only buy the Bourne movies on Blu as a box set, for example.

My Cylon has 2 left hands!

Does anyone know of any cases or sleeves that will fit in the 4 Cylon Cases? I'd like to get rid of the accordion packaging and put something in its place that won't be a pain to get out and/or damage the discs.

They're significantly less wide than a standard blu-ray case. I'd say you're SOL for that

Yep, which is stupid given how much unused space there is in the box on either side of the case.

I tried a Clamshell package and that was almost narrow enough to work. I need something just a little smaller; I know such a thing exists, but can't figure out what it is.

Yup, still waiting here, too. Which is fine. Gave me a chance to watch the entire series of Veronica Mars. Well, it was fine. Now that I'm done with VM, I'd like to watch Battlestar.
