Re: Battlestar Galactica: Complete Series Blu-ray Collection -- July 28th
I initally complained about the packaging for the US complete series saying I would never buy it because of the possibility of scratching discs, difficulty to remove, etc.
I received this email today:
Dear "Battlestar Galactica (2004): The Complete Series" Owner,

To receive new packaging, please remove the top and triangular flap of the Season One case included in your complete series set and send it to us, along with the following information and a copy of this correspondence:

Are you talking about the individual season releases or the boxes that each season came in from the old complete series box?

Good question. I'm after the boxes from the first complete series box (ie, the cylon heads with the velcro tabs) that some people might have left over after replacing them with the ones from this Universal replacement offer.

Got the new cases today and I love them. Nice, simple, and will fit on my shelf with everything else.
Turn around was fairly quick as well. I thought it was going to be like waiting for Sgt. Slaughter or William Perry.
