The Hurt Locker - One of the raddest sniper sequences put on film! Despite some of the flaws and the fact that I'm not sure it deserved best picture, it still does a good job of offering up some new found appreciation for the troops dealing with IED's overseas.
The BD looks and sounds fantastic!

The Relic - I don't consider it a guilty pleasure because its actually a well made movie with some excellent Stan Winston effects that still hold up very well. Plus, I was suprised by how great the transfer is.

Doctor Zhivago - An absolute must-own blu-ray. Truly worth being considered one of the all-time greats and Julie Christie in HD
Listening to the commentary as I type this.

Avatar - My wife and I sat down and watched this last weekend. I saw it previously in Digital 3D so I was very interested to see how it looked on BD. This was her first viewing.
I didn't miss the 3D at all. It looked absolutely gorgeous and the sound was awesome as well. As for the movie, it was still just ok. I love the the world that Cameron created, but the dialog sounded even more atrocious the second time around. Still...I can't get over how awesome this looked on BD. I felt the image actually had depth and looked three dimensional at times. I could probably watch this again based on PQ alone...
She also thought the movie was visually stunning, yet agreed that the story was pretty ho-hum when it came down to it.

I watched my very first Blu-ray movie yesterday with my son. He's 4.. We watched "Batman" 1966. Then he wanted to watch it again! =)

Last night, we squeezed in Knocked Up while she worked on some school stuff. It's rare that I enjoy a comedy in repeat viewings, but I have to say I think this one holds up very well. Although, I did finally catch up to the fact that there's a fantasy baseball draft after the May 4 opening of Spider-Man 3. Feasible, yes, but awfully suspect!
