Dumb and Dumber (Unrated)

"Hey guys. Oh, Big Gulps, huh? All right...well, see ya later."

Such a great movie.

Glad to hear this, I blind-bought this when it was $12.99, I hate Cody & Fox but figured what the hell for that price.

I saw your posts & had know idea it was you at first because of the change in your avatar. I miss Spike

Haha, Yeah, I miss Spike too. I just thought I'd try something a little different. Seeing as this new "avatar" is actually me it seemed like something worth trying for a while.

If you hated Juno you might not like Jennifer's Body but who knows. I don't like Megan Fox, at least in general, but this movie is actually the perfect kind of role for her to be in.

Transformers don't know what motivated me to watch this for the umpteenth time but it looks good on HD

Sex, Lies, Videotape Still on but boy do they talk a lot in this movie.

Eagle Eye I need some mindless action to offset all the mindless talking on S,L &T. You can't get much more mindless than this one.

Talking is so much better than stuff blowing up.

The Hurt Locker - Wonderful film. Of the best picture nominees I've seen, it's the best.

Man With the Golden Gun. I know that there are many that hate this outing. I'm not one of them. Christopher Lee and Tattoo make for a fun pair of villians and Britt Ekland looks damn good in a bikini.

I liked it fine, but out of the nominees, I thought both Up and Basterds were WAY better - HL would be my 3rd choice though.

I'm with you Sweet Baby James! I watched this a couple days ago (Not in HD however) and pretty much thought the same. Now it could have left out Sheriff Pepper, he was ok for LALD but not necessary for this film...

(500) Days of Summer. I'm glad I bought this during the Target sale. As blind buys go, you never do really know for sure, but this movie turned out to be a wonderful film - easily one of my favorites of the year.

I've been on a Bond kick lately, and watched MWtGG a few days ago, and I still enjoyed it. I watched License to Kill today; also like that one.

re: Last BD or 4K UHD disc you watched?

Watched "Primal Fear" for the first time ever earlier today. What a film! It looked great on Blu-ray also. Glad this was the way I watched it for the first time. Just got done watching "I Love You, Man" with one of my buddies and it looked pretty nice too, but for whatever reason, the audio just seemed very, very quiet on this one. I had to turn it up to like 60 on my TV to hear it at a decent level, whereas normally I have it around 35. Weird.

The Brothers Bloom - A movie so good I can even get over my intense hatred of Adrien Brody for one film. Would be a flawless film if not for him.

Ah, come on... Adrien Brody is a great actor - at least in my own opinion. I'm glad you liked the film though. It was one of my favorites of the year.

re: Last BD or 4K UHD disc you watched?

Last night, we watched The Sting, which finished off my Academy Awards challenge checklist (it was, oddly, the only winner from the 1970's we watched). I hadn't seen it in quite some time (easily eight years or so), and I still love it. This time, though, I found myself thinking about Burn Notice several times!

Juno - Didn't think I was going to like it in the beginning, but it pulled me in. I liked it in the end; however, I have a hard time believeing it was one of the five best movies of 2007.

Out of Sight - Really enjoyed this one. Not sure how I missed it all these years.

I must have missed the movie he is a great actor in, he annoys me as much as any living actor can. His stupid mopey look makes me want to punch him in his giant nose. Its a phenomenal movie regardless, Brick is one of my favorite films of the decade, so I can't wait for the director's next film (I think its a sci-fi movie).

I thought Brody was fantastic in Wes Anderson's Darjeeling Limited.
