Circuit City near my work was stocked yesterday with at least 50 for 19.99. It was weird though because the disc was placed in the cardboard backwards in all the copies they had. The black side of the disc case was showing (the side that opens), and not the spine with the name of the movie on it. Also, the comic was also placed in backwards without the spine showing. The one I recived from Amazon had both spines (DVD and comic) showing. I just found that weird that it was like that on all 50 or more copies.

Hmm too bad I didn't know about the Best Buy exclusive cover. Any pics of it? But I got mine from Amazon for under 16 bucks, so I'm not complaining
Was this your first order with Amazon? They've been doing this for years.

I got mine from Amazon last week, and I have never seen such a great packing job. The DVD was shrinkwrapped down onto a cardboard insert that was about 12"x10" and that was laid into a box in such a way that the disc couldn't jostle around.

And i am sorry prime is not worth it, atleast my opinion.
As for Amazon Prime, it's worth it to me. It's all relative to how often you order and how many people you order for. I've made my money back on my Prime membership, so I'm happy.

I'm not sure why everyone wants the comic book. Just go buy Detective Comics #27, it will only be a few hundred grand or so, depending on the condition.
I pre-ordered mine with Kingdom of Heaven (I was going to pre-order it with SW: EP III, but changed at the last minute) and received it last week.

I'm not sure how highly regarded Michael's Movie Mayhem aka dvdlist.kazart.com is, but here's a couple of interesting links.

I saw a bunch of copies of the DE at my local Best Buy on Tuesday night. The exclusive lenticular cover is very cool; it made me wish I'd picked up my copy at BB instead of CC. It was on sale for $19.99.

There is nothing wrong with the 2-Disc DVDs. The problem, apparently, lies with the licensing of the comic book. Thatīs the reason the DELUXE EDITION has been pulled back.
This was also the case with Shawshank Redemption 2-Disc DELUXE LIMITED EDITION, which got recalled for the same licensing issue. However, this is still available a few places to a normal price... besides the outrages prices they are asking on Ebay.

I picked up the DE two days ago at Best Buy. Weirdly, it was on sale for $19.99, the same price as the 1-disc, and they also had the same sticker price ($22.99). I don't know if this is specific to my Best Buy (Lanesboro, MA) or if others made the same mistake, but it might be worth checking out.

As someone mentioned above, Borders seems to have these in stock. I was in a local Borders at lunchtime and they had about a half dozen of the 2 Disc Deluxe Editions with comic book on sale for $22.99.

The Best Buy cover certainly was nice, but all in all I like the litho better from Circuit City. And aside from, one release day, the few deluxe editions Best Buy had were beat to hell.

Plenty to be had at the Costco in North Austin as of about an hour ago for just under $21. At the end of the aisle right at the start of the video section, with a few more copies leaking around the corner.
If you don't have a costco membership, I know there was one at the Arboretum Borders. Had a tag on it that said it was on sale for $22.99. This is despite the fact that the computer in the store said all Austin and SA stores were sold out. Look behind this book in the sports section:

The Research/Ohlen Target only seemed to have the FS regular version.
