There are certainly sellers who would hold that against you (though usually they state in advance that they would; that might be a requirement). But I bet you can settle it with an E-mail to the sellers you ordered from.

Anyone order from the seller dvdntoys? He has over 15,000 feedbacks, so I assume it's legitimate. However, the description says ships same day as order, and I ordered yesterday and it stil lsays waiting for approval. Anyone else order from this person? Thanks

Yeah I ordered from him and I also asked a question to the seller why i hadn't received any confirmation since it says ship same day as order. I didn't get any response from that either. Big surprise.

I checked my email and got mine: order confirmation! That's from half.com guy, the one with 55 in stock. Plus, I bought one on eBay, in stock/ready to ship and buy it now! So I have two!!!

I like what Matt said. I, too, believe it is being delayed for promotional reasons. If it was techincal, that would have been already stated. See, nobody knows why when you ask a seller, so a Big fish promotional reasons are for sure. I mean, check around, no new updates on the delay.

I ordered from this seller during the Duel recall fiasco and he cancelled afterwards. The seller dvdntoys is also dvdlegacy. They confirmed a lot of orders and never came through.

I just came from my local Media Play. My surce at the store confirmed that they had their stock of this title in back, but he wouldn't budge on selling me one...although I have the title pre-ordered. He said he had seen nothing about a delay or recall, so...who knows? Maybe I'll get mine.

I certainly hope so.

So, I went to FYE ... the guy had four copies of Ed Wood on a cart behind the counter, and was going to sell me three (one for me, one for my friend, who's a Tim Burton fanatic, and one for anyone on here who wanted one) ... and as he's about to ring me up, this lady comes out of the backroom and tells him that they can't sell the DVD yet, that it's not out till next week, etc etc.

So frustratingly close :P If she'd been in the bathroom or somewhere else in the store I'd have the damn movie. Oh well, I'll try again tomorrow, I suppose

If it's anything like my 'defective' DVD of Duel... yes, I think I'll enjoy it very much.

Well I am happy to report I just made a purchase of this DVD. It was thirty dollars and in a mall very close to me. So if anyone is in my area I hope I could have helped you with that information.

Somebody just bought one on eBay using "Buy It Now" for $25.41. I kid you not.

DVDLegacy is auctioning them off on eBay with a BUY IT NOW price of $25.41. I just grabbed the SECOND one they put up; I was too slow for the first.

I think I found a local store that has some. I will try to pick up as many copies as I can today for you guys. I will sell them for $30. Im not sure they have them but if they do I will buy plenty.

For those of you that ordered from dvdlegacy, don't be surprised if they don't come through. When Duel was recalled, dvdlegacy listed dozens of copies, and they were all cancelled. So if you have an opportunity to get the dvd somewhere else, I wouldn't hesitate to pick it up.

Well, this was through a "Buy It Now" auction on eBay, and not on half.com, if that matters any...
