Same here....

It's very frustrating some times looking at big lots. I have been to 7 big lots in the past week and have not found any of the james dean titles or space jam. If someone could get them for me possibly i would pay for shipping and the such, i guess message me if it's possible.

I've been trying desperately to get someone to pick up the Brisco County Jr set at Costco for me, but with no luck. I do have Rebel without A Cause 2-disc I could mail to ya and could check for the others if you can get a hold of Brisco for me!

Its probably a little late to be looking for the Space Jams. I only found them at one store and that was almost a month ago. There was only a few copies. That restock didn't have much quantity. Maybe they will get more in the future though.

I found "East Of Eden" a month or so ago. I stopped in at Big Lots in Birmingham (AL) this week to see if I could find "Rebel Without A Cause" but no luck. In fact, their DVD selection was smaller than it use to be.

Still looking for "Giant", myself. Found both of the other Dean titles. Space Jam's a no-show here.

Hit the Knollwood (St. Louis Park) store on a whim this morning. Looks like a box of HBO titles have been added to the four-side rack, but nothing we haven't seen already. I DID find "The Hitchhiker" volume 3, though. Also picked up the Legend "Lucy's Really Lost Moments", "Stolen Goods" from the "John Wayne in Color" series. It's the only one with several bonus features...as noted upthread. Also found the colorized "Little Shop of Horrors", which I picked up for the Mike Nelson commentary.

When I checked out, I was handed a "Friends and Family" 20% off coupon good Sunday, February 22d only. Even though the coupon states "Shopping hours 5pm-10pm", I was told it's going to be good all day. It'll probably be emailed as well.

I came across a movie not not the main list. This past Sunday, I came across Leave It to Beaver (1997, FS) Universal Studios. I was surprised to come across Vernon, Florida. I have been looking for this movie at Big Lots ever since I saw it posted on the original Big Lots update. It had an updated price sticker, so it was not like it was sitting on a shelf back in the store room, so there is hope if anyone is still looking for it.

Anyone see the 2 disc versions of Network or Dog Day Afternoon in any of the Sacramento area stores?

I have the old single disc of Dog day Afternoon and have been looking for the 2 disc as someone told me that audiowise it is a major upgrade. I love this film, in my opinion one of Al Pacino's greatest performances.

I have extras on the 2 disc Dog Day if anyone would like to trade for a Rebel W/o A Cause..

FYI: There's 2 or 3 sellers on Amazon Marketplace that have new copies going for $4.00 + $2.98 shipping. Not a bad alternative considering the next best price is around the $27 mark.
