Was the order total next to your CC # on the confirm page different from the order total at the bottom of the page?

My problem is that the first order I placed, I got a confirmation printed out but I never got the confirmation email. However, I did get an email for my second order, and not the first yet. That's why I wanted to call.

I removed the coupon at the payment page(after about a dozen refreshes) and reapplied it. The price went back down and I was able to push through the order. I'm sure that the order will be cancelled. I just hope that I don't get banned from borders.com because I have many gift cards. I'm already sweating out the possibility of being banned from Amazon.

Also, how can I check my order status if I ordered as a guest? It says I need to sign in. Created an account, but of course my orders aren't linked to that account.

We took advantage of a valid coupon. I wouldn't worry about being banned there.

If they cancel the orders, oh well. No biggie. Still a good deal if it does go through.

I got it working again, as well, but at the end when I hit submit payment, it says "this feature is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

The page isn't crashing like before, it just won't go through.
