I have a 15% coupon I won't be using. Out of the country at the moment and no time to check my DVD TALK messages so will just leave the code here. Please be considerate of others and post when you've used it.

All of the above have been claimed anonymously, it would seem. Hoping for one for a Valentine's gift for my wife if anyone out there is still feeling generous...

Re: Barnes And Noble Coupon Thread Part 2
Looks like B&N has added a new email sign up box for special offers and news. Unfortunately it has been missing for a while. Anyone looking to get on the coupon list might want to give it a try to see if it actually works. If you go to their web site you can find it toward the bottom left.
Wonder if they have been getting a lot of complaints from customers who were cut off from receiving emails, and couldn't sign up because they removed the sign up box. Anyway I gave it a try on my email address I used for my membership that was no longer receiving any coupons.

LaserMovies- I tried it with a couple of email accounts last week. No luck yet.

For reasons that continue to confuse me, BN has sent me that Valentine's day member coupon packet even though my trial membership expired in late December.
I have the 20% member code to give away to a dvdtalk member here who wants it. You have to have been around here for a while though. So no new members.
Coupon is good through Feb 28. PM me if you're interested. First PM gets it.

More coupons coming tomorrow. Again they are going with the unique code variety that require receiving a valid coupon directly from B&N by email. I'll probably have some extra 15% coupons to give away if anyone needs one.

If the books you're interested in purchasing are classified as textbooks they probably are not eligible with coupons. If you read the fine print on the coupon samples I posted it mentions under the additional rules section that textbooks are not eligible. However you're welcome to try one if you're still interested to see if it might work.

So far not a single email. One of the email addresses I registered with was associated with my paid membership before I let it run out last year. One reason I let it expire was because they stopped sending coupons and emails. I wish B&N would ask me why I didn't renew.

Re: Barnes And Noble Coupon Thread Part 2
BN customer service doesn't care about anything, it seems! I've complained several times about "Express" Super Saver Shipping, which actually seems slower than the regular free shipping. (Not really a big deal, more of an annoyance.)
The one that kills me, though, is their retailer gift cards. I live in Ohio and buy my BN gift cards at the grocer Giant Eagle to get Fuelperks (money off towards gallons of gas). If you try to use the cards for any kind of pay-by-phone or customer service transaction, it won't recognize the card as being in the system. They work fine in-store or online, but trying to get an operator to help with the issue is a nightmare. I've called about it several times over the past 3 years or so and finally gave up.
