Mini FAQ
Coupons should not work for PREORDERS , Criterions, Nook, Legos, Rosetta Stone, Digital, Gift Cards, Memberships, etc.
Free Shipping is $25 (before tax/shipping) or with membership.
Online only a single code can be applied to an order

Return period is 14 days after delivery though possibly it's 30 days now for most people though there is a discrepancy b/w the receipt and website.
Online ordered items can returned to a local store unless it's classified as a web-only item then it's at the store's discretion to accept

Single Item 15% OFF, but should be reusable in different transaction and if the Clerks will scan it more than once.

Re: Barnes And Noble Coupon Thread Part 2

B&N is sending out the emails already. Just got one on a non-member account that sometimes gets email offers. I tried the online code but can't get it to work, comes up invalid. Checked the store coupon and got coupon number 501971. If my list is correct it's only a 15% coupon. Hopefully someone can verify the 50% coupons today.

Sounds like you have the same draconian people who are at my bn. If you want to get the best overall deal you should stack this onto an item that already has a % off (ie dvd/bd already on sale/discounted).

Mines only lets me use one coupon only so I feel your pain.

Same here. Store coupon is 71 and online code is 15%. It's looking like the highest number is going to be the 50%.

Ditto on #....71 being a discount of 15%. I expect to make a book purchase with the highest discount.

Wow, you started getting emails from B&N on a non-member account? How'd you pull that off? I have over 20 accounts with them, and I don't get emails on ANY of them anymore. I did start getting emails on my last member account during a 2-month trial, but after I didn't renew, I stopped getting emails again.

Don't forget, these coupons expire on April 3, at close of business. If you want Taxi Driver, make sure you do a ship-to-home on the pre-order before then.

LASER, are there links to the coupons or should I just save the image to the hard drive and print them out that way?

Re: Barnes And Noble Coupon Thread Part 2

I'm a non-member and I got the email with the coupon/online code coupon. My in-store code was 501971 so I wonder if that is actually 15% off and whether that actually corresponds to my online code's percentage off.

You can copy/paste into MS-Word as many times as you want. Just hit "print" and you've got 'em all in hand!

Definitely a good suggestion, but LASER, if you come across the links please post them, thanks.

My coupon is now active and it's also 15% off. I also checked and found the coupons will work with any account. There are no email address restrictions.

If anyone has a online coupon code they are not going to use you could post it in the thread for someone else that needs one.

Didn't do anything. After B&N cut off my emails last year it's the only account I have remaining that still gets any coupons or sale information.

Yes there are links. I could post them, but that should work fine to print out a copy.

I would assume the online and store coupons are the same value.

Not sure about that. My store coupon is "501971", which everyone is assuming is 15%, but my online code only came out to 10%.

Re: Barnes And Noble Coupon Thread Part 2

But we're all getting the same store coupon, so I think it's safe to assume that 1971 is on the low end.

My code is only for 15% and I won't be using it. The code is :78J8VNMNF2M9K.

We still have not fingered the 50% in store coupon, have we?

Re: Barnes And Noble Coupon Thread Part 2

Yeah before I start printing out coupons I'll wait until someone confirms both the 50% member and non-member coupons.

That's interesting to know there could be variations, but I figure the store coupon is probably 15% if it follows the projected pattern.

Not yet. I would figure someone on the east coast would be the first to know.

I added links on the first page if it helps to make it easier to print.

Re: Barnes And Noble Coupon Thread Part 2

New to this as well and had two quick questions. I thought someone said this worked on pre orders if you order in stores. I was thinking about getting the LOTR extended and Star Wars trilogies. Also, will it take it off the list or online price. Example, LOTR list is showing $119 but is selling for $83 on their site.

106381 rang up as the 50% off. Ten Commandments box came to $36.44 before tax. That was after 10% off sale, 10% off member, and 50% off coupon.

Thanks man!

Now we just need confirmation on the non-member one.

If 106381 is the 50% Off for Members, I think it's a safe bet that 502001 is the 50% Off for Non-Members.

It will take 50% off the current, online price. LOTR would be $42.

Edit: Holy cr*p that is a good price! I may have to cancel my WHV pre-order.

Non-member: Coupon 501981 took 20% off online

Strike that one off the list.
