Has anyone spotted the Mystery Science Theater 3000 20th Anniversary Edition at Costco?

Not at Sterling. But now that you mention it, has Costco ever had any MST3K? I don't recall ever seeing one here in VA.

General Costco DVD Thread

I've never seen MST3K at any Costco in the past.

However, given that the limited edition is selling out, I wouldn't expect to see it at Costco.

$12.99 Warner Blu-Rays

Price has dropped to $12.99 for a number of Warner Blu-rays at Costco.
I saw

Body Heat
The Fugitive
Wyatt Earp
Bullitt
The Aviator
March of the Penguins
A Clockwork Orange
The Shining

There were others.

I also saw Complete Series sets for MASH, Buffy The Vampire Slayer, and That 70's Show . They were under $125 each.

They also had complete series sets of Outer Limits (1960's), Dark Angel, Millennium, Rosewall, and others for under $40 each.

It's for assorted titles only. American Gangster, Nim's Island, Batman Begins, Iron Man, National Treasure 2, and the Pursuit of Happyness are the only ones listed in the picture

Wonder if Costco is going to have any deals on complete series for Christmas like last year. They had Columbo, Murder She Wrote, etc. But when I was in last week I didnt see any. Anybody got the scoop.

I'm hoping they get the huge Murnau/Borzage at Fox boxset (like the Ford at Fox set last year).

Is it my imagination or does Costco seem to be cutting back on their DVD holdings? It seems to me that last year by this time, we were seeing a lot more variety (and number) of DVDs.

Seems like it to me, too. But overall, there seem to be lots fewer DVD offerings from the film companies, too, so Costco can only sell what is made available to them. Still, I kind of expected to see lots more boxed sets there as Xmas approaches. I guess it could still happen.

I see your point - but I was thinking that there was even less variety in recent months.
Many less classic titles and foreign/indie selections are almost non-existent.

All 3 at my Costco (Lancaster PA) too. They also had the new massive SOPRANOS box for $269, as well as a lot of other new stuff.

They have quite a few box sets mostly from Fox. I saw three sets for $99.99 each. One for Sci Fi , one for Westerns, and one for War. I think there were about 14 films each all previously released. Two disc sets included both discs ( I think). Too many films to list but you could probably guess most if you know what Fox and MGM/UA have released.
For those who remember last year when Costco had a gift set for the Sound of Music which included the 2 disc set, the CD soundtrack and a book they have similar sets for West Side Story, Fiddler On The Roof, South Pacific, King and I, in addition to the Sound of Music. They are $29.99 each. They look great but not really a bargain. They also have the Rogers and Hammerstein set with all the 2 disc sets for $39.99. Mel Brooks set and others are also at this price.
They also had the massive Fox musical box set with every musical Fox and MGM/UA has released plus a couple of Goldwyn musicals not available outside this set for I think $329.

Get Smart Complete Series for about $114,
Gilmore Girls Season sets for $15.99 each.

I kept thinking these box sets cry out for a coupon.

These might be the FOX DVD Collections that will be $25 off with the upcoming Costco coupon (Nov 17 - Dec 7). The item number listed on the coupon is 342541.
