Darn my luck. I just bought Battlestar Galatica 2.0 and 2.5 last nite from BN using my last coupon code. $60 bucks total.

You may try calling them to cancel the order tomorrow and then place another order for this sale. If cancelling not possible, I think you may be able to bring it in their store for refund when you receive it in the mail.

You can't get AAA and Member discount at same time btw, nor any "additional" 15% coupons to work.. (I could last year)

THAT SAID... deal is still pretty awesome:

With a $30 gift cert I had lying around, member 10%, M/C $10 off, I got 4 Buffy Sets for $320 or so TOTAL. Gonna move em on fleabay for 150 each or so...

Total profit after ebay fees/etc---> Likely around $250.00

My Wii is now free...Thank you Barnes and Noble.com!!

P.S. This one is super legit, not like that Amazon.com Free Stuff for Everyone if you buy one you get it for free "thing"

Interesting sale, although prices still seem kind of high on some stuff.

So is this the sign of the Apocalypse that Barnes & Noble has the best DVD deals going on right now, while other retailers/e-tailers are pretty quiet?

I wish barnes and noble would post a list of boxsets eligible for the sale instead of letting people grope in the dark like that.

Barnes often uses a computer program that changes the prices on a daily and even hourly basis. Check the prices regurarly and they will often flip around when they are using it.

FYI, use the powersearch at dvdpricesearch.com to find titles to use as a filler to get to the $40 minimum purchase for the Mastercard coupon. Picked up Tales From The Crypt Season 5, Battlestar Galactica Season 2.5, and a $6 DVD filler. Total for me was $31 and change after the AAA 5% discount and Mastercard coupon. This works out to about $13.00 for each of the boxsets. Not bad.

wow, I didn't read the fine print but that $10 off $40 purchase using mastercard is a one time thing only. Guess, no more orders from me.

I haven't tried this but, if your credit card has it, try using multiple one-use numbers.

Ditto! (You posted this just as I was about to. And did a search for "AAA" and nothing came up.)

Enter the Barnes & Noble website through http://www.aaa.com/barnesandnoble and then use "429097" when they ask for the first 6 digits of your AAA membership number at checkout.

I think that you need an intervention. I'll go round up some of the boys from the Amazon BOGO thread and they'll show you the error of your ways.

THANKS!

Picked up seasons 2 & 3 of Scrubs and a $5 book as filler for about $35.27 shipped. (Used the MC and AAA promotions.) That's slightly over $15 for each of the Scrubs sets. YAY!

In regards to the Amazon BOGO thread, what exactly are you referring to?

Great 2-fer! The Perry Mason sets look absolutely great. A good $85 order(using the AAA 5% and MC $10 off coupons) that I would highly recommend would be Perry Mason Volumes 1 & 2 and Brisco County Junior.
