Subtitles don't cover things like sound effects, like phone's ringing, door slamming, etc.
BTW, if anyone's curios about how big the Geneon (formerly Pioneer) fallout is, here's a link some of thier shows. Shows like Trigun, Gankutsuou, Serial Experiment's Lain, etc. Several current series won't see the release of thier remaining dvds.

The majority of the stuff I had was Geneon. ;_: They had some of the highest prices but some had some of the better done dvds, IMHO. ^^
Sadly I had cut back on anime dvd purchases in the past year and rented for my anime fix. The last two RS geneon sales of didn't do me anygood either. I already owned most of the discs that were in those sales.
Edit: for grammar. ^^V

Sorry. ^^ Didn't catch the last part. I didn't think there were subtitles for it since Robotech was an english dubbed show made from three different mecha series.

After watched "Love Hina," I kept wondering about the nose bleeding whenever the male character saw something sexy or nudity. I saw that similar with Chobits, Mahoromantic Maid, and few more.
Can anyone explain why? Why nose bleed?

In anime and manga (Japanese-originating animation style), it is very common to see sexually aroused characters suffering nosebleeds, sometimes intense ones. Sometimes referred as the Japanese Slapstick, this rarely occurs in real life, but is based on a Japanese "old wives' tale", which states that becoming sexually excited can cause nosebleeds. Such occurrences are generally played for laughs and signify "loserhood" and/or virginity...

Early reports are coming in from people who have received the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Vol. #4 that there is a teaser on it, which can be seen here at YouTube, in which there is a sequence from Lucky Star that highlights the Haruhi series. It finishes with a card that indicates the series will be coming to the US via Bandai Entertainment and Kadokawa Pictures USA. Ultimate Hellsing Vol3 LE boxset... Whew... looks like its availability is now hard to find... Most online stores shows "discontinued" info about it.
Since GENEON is DEAD...
1. Who would handle the 4th installment of this "Ultimate" series?
2. Are these releases an instant OOP/Discontinued editions?

If anyone is interested in buying the Anderson figure off me, let me know.
I was wondering how they were going to release the fourth installment. Only time will tell.

2. These releases (like many other Geneon titles) are getting close to OOP/Discontinued. With there being no more reproduction on these titles, it will just be a matter of time before it goes OOP.

Does anyone know if we're ever gonna see the original Mobile Suit Gundam TV series, in Japanese, with subtitles, released anywhere in the world, excluding some Chinese bootleg?
Because seriously, UC0079 is a milestone of anime and it's a real crime not to have it on DVD in it's original form...

I think we will eventually see it released here, but from what I recall, the original series didn't seem too popular over here. What I would really like to see is someone make an anime version of the novel since its completely different from the series and movies.
