So is that the oft rumoured DualSense 2 with an Astro Bot skin, or is it still the standard DualSense controller?

Thanks. I guess I'll pass. I've been wanting to get a second controller but have been holding out for the DS2. I wonder if they'll hold back on it until the PS5 Pro.

I did an internet search and didn't find anything, even rumors, about a Dual Sense 2, just a V2 that came out earlier this year that is lighter and with a longer battery life (and the Dual Sense Edge premium controller). Where did you hear about a new one coming? If it were coming any time soon, you'd expect it along with Astro Bot, no?

Wait, the V2 actually got released? (That's what I meant by "DualSense 2".) I thought it was still a rumor. Well, I'll be damned.

I hope there are plenty of controllers available at retail. I would hate to have a Astro bt sweep then all up. 10am can't come soon enough.

I know you already got one, but for anyone else reading this:

Oh, wait, it's already sold out. I was able to get an order in using that link a little bit ago.

I mean the two really have nothing to do with each other, but I’m certain it’ll be great. First party PlayStation character-based exclusives almost always are. And the last two Astro Bot games were as well.

Are you able to use your PS wallet bc I remember it didn’t give me the option? Only CC or klarna or whatever? I would have liked to use wallet. I can cancel cc order if I could use wallet. Anyone know if possible? Thanks.

As you see, it’s not possible.

well, that doesn't make a whole lot of sense why you couldn't use the wallet for purchase. it's only for games? c'mon. that's just legitimately stupid. but, i guess what's the difference. i secured one and i guess that's all that matters.

I don't keep my CC saved on any of these services and I thought the same. I'll add my card and maybe that will let me check out. Nope. Kinda weird.

so if Astro Bot and the LE controller release on the same day, would we get an early shipment to actually use the controller, you know to play the actual game on release day?
