I downloaded for One and it was just over 17 Gb. What up with that? I didn’t download whole game?

That's not your typical size Day One patch...last game I saw something even bigger was with Fallout 76....and sadly that game had issues for a long time even after a whopping total game install of 97gb....54gb was a patch. I don't know....

I couldn't find this on my Game pass to preload. Wonder what I am doing wrong

It's not listed on the Game Pass page or App. But if you search for it in the store you can preload it.

I am interested in this but don't like that the graphics remind me of Fallout 3 and Vegas. Those were years ago and this seems to be in the same vein. As long as the game is vein and has a cool campaign. Will wait to see a few reviews and what you guys think.

Won't let me preload. Only can pre-order. No biggie.

Click on the Game Pass link from my listing, then click on Outer Worlds link in the Game Pass screen. From that second listing, for whatever reason, you can install it.

I'm in the same boat...lately I haven't had good luck with pre-orders...would've been worse if I hadn't cancelled Ghost Recon: Breakpoint. So far what I've seen and heard I like....especially the inclusion of Ally NPCs that tags along that you can mix & match with...shades of Fallout 4. But unless there's some really great PO Bonus, I'm waiting.

Appears it is now up for preload for me with GamePass. That was odd.

I'm really interested in this, but I'm going to wait and hope that there's a sale on Black Friday.

Wow, those reviews! Can't wait and I'm glad I pre-ordered this.

Damn, I guess I have to find some time to play this. Have there been some reports on how long this is? I'm hoping it's on the shorter side.

Usually with these games they can be as long as you want to make them. I have that OCD pick up every item thing, so it usually stretches it out significantly for me. But yes, I've also read that you can get through a single play-through in around 30 hours.

I'll probably end up getting this. I loved Fallout 4 and was so disappointed with Fallout 76 with them trying to infuse a "PvP w/PvE" style of game that wasn't even close to Fallout 4. I like the fact you'll have companions that to me are important but as a lot have said...this is Fallout Vegas & 4 in space. Hopefully...but doubt it...it will send a message to Bethesda to do Fallout games the way they're meant to be....reviews have been impressive to say the least....

I hope they might eventually develop a coop mode for this. This would be a good game to play with a friend.

One review mentioned how Obsidian have said that it's 15 to 30 hours long, but then the reviewer said it's actually way longer, depending on how you play and if you wanna see and do everything.
