Is there a date when FC3 dlc drops?

And what is with Vietnam dlc? Seems odd that it has almost no ties to game. But, it did look good and I like this world...

This is the Deluxe Edition content that comes with both the Deluxe Edition (duh) and the Gold Edition of the game. You should have entered the code right away, that way you don't need to buy a truck or a helicopter.

I finished the game today. I know some of you guys said it was a bad ending, but I just assumed you meant it was disappointing or not what you were hoping for. I certainly didn't think you meant it was AWFUL -- and it certainly was that.

oh man, those guns look amazing. i definitely don't have those or see them in shops. i bought the digital deluxe too...

In the Xbox main menu, highlight Far Cry 5, hit that option button (looks like = but with three lines), select Manage Game. You should be able to download the DLC you own from there.

I've moved on until the DLC or Far Cry 3 hits, so hopefully they fix that glitch by then.

Oh, and I loved the ending. Satisfying? Probably not, but it was definitely different.

also, i don't understand that there are still missions left in a region i already have enough RP for. i want to do them, but then there is no point if reward is just RP in that region...

You might need to close the software, then open it again to find the items. I'm still having issues -- my stuff appears after I DL it, but then disappears after first fast travel, I think. Ubisoft recommended that I delete the game and re-install so I'm doing that now. It's apparently an issue with other people after the Thursday patch.

but, where are you supposed to see stuff? in shops? or already in my inventory?

I re-downloaded all the bonus items again. You can see as I load up the game, the weapon wheel is empty. I go to a gun store, browse my inventory and can see all the new items (guns and outfits -- you see three outfits between the spaceman and the loincloth). I load up the weapon wheel with new items. I then Fast Travel and immeditaely all the items are gone both from my inventory and from the gun store.

see, i uninstalled and reinstalled everything including game and still don't see those weapons in any gun shop. now, i don't know what to do either. Deck, did you buy that stars and stripes ar-c or is that dlc with gold?

and i still can't reel a damn fish in. i hook 'em, reel and then lose right at the end...

Deck, did you say you call Ubisoft? have #? do you think XBOX CS would help? i did buy digital edition from them...

finally caught a fish. it was part of one of Skylar's challenges to catch 3 trout. finally wrangled them in. missed at first, but then somehow got them in. one was 32.5 pounder. guess i got to get these big ones now in order to get her good fishing rod. we'll see...

It does have a tie to the game, all those DLC modes do.

gotta say, killing John Seed was pretty damn satisfying (once I figured it out, that is). More so than Faith.

Yeah:

The ending reminded me of The Mist. Seems like it's out of left field, but the main antagonist has been preaching for hours about it. You the viewer/player just chose not to listen or believe their religious ramblings.

If there was a larger worldwide threat going on, put me in the camp that missed whatever radio broadcasts may have been telling me. If they dropped any major clues though it would undermine the entire cult angle the story is trying to tell.
