Today it was announced that Dead Cells will be getting a retail release in August. Between this and the Bloodstained prequel game, my hands are gonna be busy!

The current rumor going around is that Retro's next game is a Star Fox racing game. Eurogamer reports that they've heard similar things through their sources.

Started playing Kong the other day. It's alright, I'm sure it's just me but there's just something strangely generic about the whole affair.

A Star Fox racing game sounds like it could be fun. It’d be a good way for Nintendo to do a new racing game for the Switch without it being another Mario Kart so soon. Plus it could be interesting since I assume it would involve flying rather than the normal kart style racing.

Maybe both, a la Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed.

So soon? It's 4 years old already.

Or probably more akin to Diddy Kong Racing.

If its as fun as Diddy Kong Racing I would be in day one. I like Mario Kart but DKR was so much fun.

Look at the last sets of NPD numbers. In February, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe was #1 on the Switch chart and the #9 title across all platforms. In March, MK8D was #2 on the Switch chart (behind Kirby) and the #7 title across all platforms.

The 'all platforms' rank might even be low since that doesn't include digital numbers. Considering that it's barely been on the Switch for a year and still doing crazy numbers (consistently outselling Zelda, Odyssey, etc.), I do think it's too early for a followup.

Probably! :) That's the comparison everyone's been making. I never actually played Diddy Kong Racing. (Didn't have an N64.)

Right, but Nintendo just released Mario Kart 8 Deluxe on Switch last year. I don’t expect an official new Mario Kart for a while.

Anyone going to download Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon? Its essentially a modern day 8-bit inspired Castlevania.

Sure, when they finally get the kickstarter backer codes out...

Freaking kickstarted games.

I got a temporary Steam key, so I can play the game while I wait for my console code. It's pretty awesome!

Might get that edition of Mega Man 11 from GameStop. Not a bad price and some fun little extras.

Yeah, my wife and I still play Go all the time. We're definitely onboard for a home version.

Team Sonic Racing arrives this Winter! Race in a team with your friends (or against them) both offline and online, and choose from a variety of characters and tracks in the Sonic universe!

Team Sonic Racing is being developed by Sumo Digital, well-known for their fantastic racing titles. We'll reveal more about the game (and we'll have it playable) at E3, so if you're around, come give it a try!

Check out more about TSR at teamsonicracing.com

Anyone playing Mario Tennis Aces? I won one match online (because of lag) and because of the win, I'll have access to Mario's classic outfit when the game launches. Providing I don't delete the demo.

You don't need to win to get the outfit or even play online. When the tutorial is done at the menu it gives you the option to play online or practice vs the cpu. If you play a practice match vs the cpu you get it also.
