Very interesting. I have to admit that the majority of my playtime on my Lite is for classic games. I'd love to try some of the Gameboy games I missed back in the day.

If I’ve been playing a game with a physical copy and then download a digital copy of the same game will it pick up the game save when I start the digital copy to pick up all the progress where I left off?

I think it will, just checking to see if there are any gotchas with that.

There are a couple of Switch deals today. Pokemon Legends: Arceus and Triangle Strategy are on sale for $49.94. I would get them if I didn't have a huge backlog of games.

My Switch Lite that is barely two years old will not take a charge all of a sudden. I have tried different outlets and different charger cords but we don't get any kind of response. The power strip I had it on also had my CPAP machine which is fine, so I don't think it got spiked. Before we try sending it to Nintendo, has anyone had any similar experience?

That looks to me like the button attachment to the joycon, the thing that alters the strap length.

Went to snap it back in, but it had broken off.
Took out the other one just to see how the button worked, and that broke out too!
The plastic was all brittle and there were bits of it inside. I've honestly never used that strap adjustment thing.
What cheap shit! Between this and the drifting joycon sticks, Nintendo needs to step things up.
What's crazy is how they increased the price of the Joycons not long ago by 50 freaking dollars!

BTW, I dunno if it's just the stuff I have on my wish-list (of 80+ games), but looks like there's a sale going on for a ton of digital download games on the Switch store.

Jeff Grubb from Giant Bomb says that he's heard "pretty definitively" that the Metroid Prime remaster is going to be out in time for the holidays (and that 2 and 3 are basically done but being held for a later release).

Something else they don't sell any more that they should are TV docks.
There are shitty 3rd party ones, but the actual Nintendo ones are all used and they don't make any more to sell by themselves. I wonder why.
