Just finished the Microsoft briefing. The Final Fantasy XV demo was one of the worst I've ever seen at these things.

From games to consoles, feels like almost everything is just a regurgitation of what's come before.

It's neat seeing Kratos... but so far it doesn't "feel" like a God of War game.

Also, this little kid sucks!

This new Dragon Age with Kratos as the lead looks interesting.

The Days Gone trailer was way too self serious

I feel like this is the same footage we've seen of The Last Guardian from the PS3 days.

Days Gone felt like a page out of Last of Us... which I'm not sure if I need more games in that kind of messed up reality. Hopefully it's something more and different.

Not feeling Last Guardian, but then again I never played Ico and couldn't get through Shadow of the Colossus so I was never onboard the hype for it.

I can't tell games apart any more. Nothing looks fun to me.

This kind of looks like Enslaved, though not nearly as good.

Ico is incredible, Colossus put me to sleep. I'm looking forward to Last Guardian if it ever comes out but that little trailer there just looked dated as hell.

And yeah, there seems to be a need to create these complex, huge worlds... when all I want is fun gameplay

Holy shit, I thought after Heavy Rain and Beyond you'd think they'd finally figure out voice acting, ouch.

I keep hoping Kratos' kid will pop out from the trees and shoot her with an arrow.

Qunatic Dream always at least has interesting looking games and concepts... graphics look kind of crappy in this, but the choices and everything here seem neat.

Okay, I take that back. Detroit looks awesome.

Ah it's a VR title, that would explain everything.

$399 seems to be like the current money spot for VR

Also, anybody that still has a major hang up on the concept of VR, get a Google Cardboard or Mattel ViewMaster, throw on some headphones and check out some of the 360/VR videos on YouTube (I highly recommend the Jungle Book cave trailer)

I still don't think much of VR, although something like an X-Wing mission seems perfect for it.
