It'll be going to that list of games I posted above.

Watching the Xbox conference now. Gears, Forza, shooter, shooter, KI, shooter, Sea of Thieves, shooter, shooter, Halo Wars *yawn* Never change MS, never change.

I am down for ReCore, and CupHead still looks awesome. Custom controllers are pretty badass, but too pricey. The designlab page doesn't show the grips like some of the newer controllers.

Re: E3 2016 Discussion Thread

I don't recall that many shooters at all from Microsoft, other then We Happy Few and Battlefield (which basically counters Sony pushing Call of Duty now).

That said, I wish Microsoft had a little more... "inspired" game output, something more unique and/or surprising. Titles like ReCore, Scalebound, or Sea of Thieves don't really seem to excite the fans or audience. I don't see the big deal about Days Gone or Death Stranding myself, but at least getting a popular developer like Kojima or Insomniac making Spider-Man are at least intriguing and get more people talking. Or even something like Crash.

Re: E3 2016 Discussion Thread

I was very excited that my 1 day off this week was on the day of the Microsoft briefing and I figured I'd catch the Sony one as well since I had nothing else to do. I still can't believe how much I hated what Microsoft had to offer. I guess I'm just tired of their franchises because I can't get excited about Gears or Halo at this point. Oddly enough God of War was the highlight of the show for me and Sony had me very interested in everything that wasn't Final Fantasy.

The Spider-Man PS4 game looks pretty cool although I'm not sure I dig the costume with the white spider logo. I still need to get a PS4 at some point though.

I'm guessing that there will be several costume choices for Spider-Man in that game.

I don't mind the white logo, I hate the blue overalls look though.

Could have been the excessively long live demos.

I'm actually more interested in story expansions to GTAV.

Re: E3 2016 Discussion Thread

Two games on my list are not coming till 1st qtr of 2017....For Honor and Ghost Recon: Wildlands

I actually think For Honor might turn out good. It has a neat concept of not the typical 1 vs 1 but three against each other taking the three most notable combat types in history, Vikings, Samurai and Knights using a wide open area of sorts with AI in the mix. It could prove interesting. Ghost Recon just looks awesome.

I'm sure the game will end up being fun, but this Zelda demo is awful so far.

The third gameplay segment was much better than the first two.

It has been up for preorder on most sites on and off since May. I'm watching nowinstock like a hawk to pick one up.

That game was a blast. I don't remember much of it so I might be down for revisiting it.

The fossil fuel industry lobbyists in Hyrule have a lot of pull.

When I was a kid the coolest thing about Zelda was pretty much everything about the dungeons. I don't think I saw any dungeons in that trailer.
