My new dash is pretty good but it stills seems very slow when I select over to the left side to the settings, messages, and friends area.

^ yeah, it's very slow when you do that specific action. Otherwise, the dash isn't bad. It's an improvement, sure, but it's still not what I'd call great.

I powered up my 360 the other day, and, man, that dash is so smooth. The only time I found that it struggled was exiting back to the home screen. But as MS has said, when you do that, it's the equivalent of rebooting the software.

I'm interested in Pneuma, and I'm glad I don't have to pay for it, but yeah... what a weak lineup for the month of November which should arguably have been much better to draw people in for the holiday season.

Dirt 3 is really good, even if it 4 years old now.

Being a fan of Myst and similar puzzle-adventure games, I've actually been fairly interested in Pneuma for quite a while now, waiting for it to hit a magic sale price. So ... yeah, I'm not too bummed about that.

Oh well, free is free. And truth be told I'd rather get some indie games that I have little interest in rather than be given good games that I already purchased like these past few months.

I'm in for all of those November Gold titles. I remember playing through the demo of Dungeon Siege III and liking it. Knight Squad looks like a mash up of Gauntlet & Bomberman.

On a different note, my son bought a used white XO from a friend. When he powered up, and went through set-up it has the preview dash on it (since it's tied to the XO) like mine. He does not however have the "Xbox Preview Dashboard" app (app logo looks like a key) is there anyway to get it back? We searched the store and did not find it.

You're probably going to need to contact MS to get you into the preview program (they'll send you a code), which will then let you download that app. I bet they didn't anticipate that situation to occur. I'm guessing they'll expedite it for you... maybe try contacting Xbox Support on twitter. They're pretty quick to respond to any and all issues.

Knight Squad looks like fun for playing every so often for say 20 minutes here and there. Pneuma looks real nice, not into Myst but for free will try it out of course.

Not shocked that anything BIG is being offered for free in November. Usually we have the great deals though during BF week like 75% off titles that I'll be watching for.

Hopefully someone picks it up. I'm curious to see how it turned out. The last one is still my favorite racing game on PS4.

I spent a lot of time in the beta. It's of the same universe as Rivals but less confusing, if that makes sense. The FMV stuff is not as "bad" as you want it to be. It's nowhere near Razor Callahan levels of awesome. If you liked Rivals you'll probably like this one a lot. Same team, same feel, more FMV.

So with the dashboard update out 11/12, and MS previously promising all Games with Gold 360 games released after BC launches will be BC, does that mean Dungeon Siege III, free on 11/16, will be BC?

Both Dirt 3 and DUngeon Siege III will be from what I can tell.
