The numbers are in, and the Xbox One was indeed the top-selling console of November in both the US and the UK. More software sold in November for the Xbox One than the competition as well. Very cool to see that the price drop and bundles paid off. (There are rumors that the gulf between the Xbox One and the PS4 is very slim -- between 7K to 10K -- but that hasn't been substantiated.)

Glad the deals resulted in great sales, and I still think consumers win by Microsoft trying so aggressively to sell consoles.

The actual console sales chart is said to look something like this:
Still not 3:1 though.

good for MS. They should gain back a bunch of share by having a cheaper console, no forced kinect and now a better fall lineup of games.

Mordor is mostly just a brawler isn't it?
Honestly, it dropped in price so quickly I assumed it wasn't very good but when I scoped out metacritic it seemed to get good reviews.
I should probably just do what all the kids are doing now and watch some gameplay on Twitch.
I played the first Dragon Age but never played the second. I have liked all the Bethesda games like Skyrim, Oblivion, and Morrowind. I also really enjoyed the changes from Mass Effect 1 to Mass Effect 2 and 3. I have heard later Dragon Ages made similar changes to the ME games. That the case?

Figured I'd ask here .. I was watching GOTG (standard blu) and the brightness seemed to go up and down throughout the movie. Anyone else have this happen? Is there a setting on my XB1 that I'm overlooking?

Anyone have glitches playing BDs on it? I've only played one so far, so probably shouldn't post until I test it some more, but it hung or glitched every ten minutes or so.

I don't have the console but it seems like a setting issue. I know some TVs do this but... maybe the console has a sensor that registers the lighting it is in?
