I was sure that's how I had it set. The downloads were all there when I got home, but none of them had started.

It's been downloading for two hours and now it says I have 21 hrs to go :sad:

If anyone was still level 32 like me (I basically skipped HoW entirely), it's super easy to level up now. I basically went from 32 to 34 just by playing the very first missions all over again. You earn experience as if you're playing them for the first time. Crazy. And Nolan North sounds funny as the ghost.

I no longer have Maximum Grimoire.

I do have a higher score now after playing Rift on 4 of the new maps (all on Earth)

Poked my head in and was happy to see that two of my three uncompleted exotic bounties auto-completed as advertised (Pocket Infinity and an extra Bad Juju). Curiously, the Thorn bounty that had been sitting there forever didn't autocomplete. I did get plenty of other goodies, though, so...yeah!

Edit - oh, wait, Reddit sez I have to talk to the Speaker. I totally did get Thorn. Hurray!

You can ascend The Stranger's Rifle. It costs 2500 Glimmer and 25 Legendary Marks. No Etheric Light accepted.

I thought this was out tomorrow. The Target by us already had the white PS4 system bundles out yesterday. I guess they really broke that street date :lol:

Someone just posted this on Reddit and it totally works for the 360:

Once you're in Destiny and downloading one of the big "This may take a while" ~2gb patches, hit the Xbox button
Y to go to Xbox home (confirm)
Hit the Xbox button again
Hit left bumper, select "Active Downloads"
Watch as the progress bar as the patch downloads approx. 1000% faster

Seems like everybody was able to start downloading this the second it was available and are now playing it. I had to wait until I got home from work (which I would have to still do had my PS4 been in sleep mode), and now it won't finish downloading long after I've gone to sleep. WTF!

Just confused about the weapons mostly. The blueprints. Can we upgrade now?

I have a bunch of legendary engram's I've saved. Do I wait until next week to use them?

I feel like this is Taken King already.

I would wait on the engrams but they might be programed to give you year 1 only weapons

You cannot upgrade your Exotics until the 15th. And even then, you cannot use the upgraded exotic until you are level 40.

I'm certain that any legendary engram that you have now or get this week, will only turn into year 1 items (170 attack or defence values). So there is no harm in getting rid of them.
