So the ads for GTA V look much better than it's actually going to on the PS3 and Xbox 360, so when do we get the Next-Gen and/or PC versions, dammit

It would have been better if they had replaced the bit at the end where it says "San Andreas". They could have been even more creative and mocked up a Grand Theft Stickman or Grand Theft Atari 2600.

100 hours!!!

I decided to go the digital route this time. PSN here I come.

"Ironically" my last two paid PS3 games have been digital, three if you include Journey. The other one is The Last of Us.

Nope. That feature was available for Europe only. And we know what happened.

There may be a few premature ejaculations.

The back covers have leaked, and there's someone on Reddit who claims to have received his 500GB PS3 GTA V bundle.

Nice! I wouldn't mind a few hours of live streaming like I got to watch a few days before IV came out.

I just pre-ordered and would be down to play online with people from here, but my schedule is all kinds of wonky so I can't guarantee that I can be on at specific days and times.

Should we start a different thread for GTA Online?

Re: Grand Theft Auto 5 to a V

Looks like the map for GTAV has been leaked. It looks pretty big, but hard to get a sense of real scale. Many claims about the unbelievable size of the map were clearly overstating things, though. But it does looks cool with lots of environmental variety.

Re: Grand Theft Auto 5 to a V

Yeah, that's quite a bit different (and smaller) than the map for the old San Andreas.

It may not cover as many cities and areas as San Andreas, but the map itself is bigger. If that makes any sense.

Re: Grand Theft Auto 5 to a V

Was hoping for multiple cities like San Andreas!, Oh well. I'll still get lost.

My wife chastised me last night saying the only thing I did after beating the game was wearing a jet pack and killing police/helicopters with Rocket Launchers heh.

Has the track list for music been released yet?

10 reasons why GTA V might define this generation of gaming

This caught my eye:

There’s also an enticing achievement alluding to a UFO that we might be able to fly around the city causing absolute destruction with. It’s safe to say you’re going to have your hands full like never before, and I didn’t even mention other confirmed features like stock investing, hunting, and property owning.

Sorta', but a lot of it looks like just waste of space.
