Wow keys alive for 15 hours? Are people abandoning the game in droves? Right after DLC? Or do we think it's because everyone is so leveled that the key's don't offer any real incentive anymore?

I am sure that many fewer people are playing with BLOPS2 and Halo 4 out. That and the codes probably last longer than 2 hours now.

If and when I get one. He popped out a lvl 50 in about 15 minutes when I first farmed him. I've put in about 3 hours since on lower levels and have gotten nothing. Minus getting a lvl 4 orange grenade at the very beginning,a lvl 28 bee after only a few attempts, and a flakker off of the warrior, I've been unable to get anything compared to farming for level 50's.

My copy isn't scheduled to arrive until December 1 and I'm going INSAAANE!

Well, not insane. But really, I'd like to play it soon...

* Is it true that the Mechromancer was a pack in code in early printings of the game?
* Is there any identifier on the packaging signifying that the code is included?

I got the game from WM on PreBlack Friday, but I also ordered it from Best Buy because I didn't think I was going to a store. Of course BB ships it out that day - via pack mule, I think - so I couldn't cancel. If there's no way to tell without cracking it open I'll open my WM copy and start playing it.

From what others have mentioned here, from Best Buy at least, the code was printed on the receipt. I picked up a copy from Best Buy a month after launch and all of the cases looked the same and there was no special code inside.

Mechromancer was a pre-order bonus code. It wasn't packed in.

yep. code was given when you got the preordered the game. you aren't getting mechromancer now.

Probably a little bit of both along with folks realizing that the loot from that box isn't all that interesting. I've probably opened it 200 times, and I hardly ever keep anything other than spitters and the occassional class mod.

I have a nice collection of low level oranges to share if you're on PS3. Hornets, Hellfires, Nukems, Kerblasters, lots of other interesting stuff.

Last night I farmed a lvl 50 bladed Babymaker for use against Hyperius. Took forever.

I'm 38 so it's still been useful to me. Are there ever relics in it? I'm trying to find a purple relic for the Purple rated gear Achievement.

Yes. Weapons, shields, class mods and relics.

I can't really say at what frequency they show up, but the order of frequency seems to be guns, shields, class mods, then relics. I've never seen an orange from the box, but I'm told it happens.

I was farming Bunker the night before last, and he seemed to drop a relic at least every other time, often purple.

I re-did Hell's gate last night with my Level 34 Mechromancer and at best got two Pink Shields but nothing to brag about. If I don't do Halo tonight I'll start with the Pirate DLC next and see what I can get there. If anyone is around that Level (28-34) and hasn't done the Pirate run-thru on first time more than welcome to look for me and join.

Finished solo first playthrough with MAYA [lvl. 36] today and I got a Level 30 Juicy Flakker 1384x3 Explosive Flak the world after beating The Warrior.

Went in and started the Pirate DLC with my Level 35 Mechromancer and just ended up doing the main mission facing Leviathan. Pretty much everything in the DLC was Level 29-30. I did get one Orange...a SMG "The Bitch" Level 30 and some Pink Assault Rifle. I'll check Mr Torgue for the first playthru and see how that scales and the weapon drops
