I'm on a little early for my game later if you wanted to squeeze this in soon.

If it's just a round robin like ours, it makes no real difference what order we use. Just play everyone once. Run through the rotation. It's random... just like making the schedule. Really stupid, IMO.

I'm hoping that my real game with you goes better than today's game went.

I liked the 2 errors my shortstop made in the first inning. Certainly made me feel like that game was gonna be interesting

Shit, I'm having a problem. I had a guy get injured so I have to adjust my lineup. There is a slot that says empty but it won't let me move anyone into it. And my game has frozen twice on that screen.

EDIT. I sent Chris Davis to the minors and that appeared to fix the problem. Sorry Draven, just sent you the request.

good game! the one thing i HATE (besides the damn lag) is that 'check-swinging' is almost IMPOSSIBLE when playing online...thats why it looks like im swiging at almost everything. Im so use to check swinging throughout my season!

Yea man good game. I had two really good ones tonight. The lag was pretty bad and I agree with you, check swing is impossible in this game online.

Finally, I got to play a lag-mostly-free game. That was a whole lot more fun.

I just wish my outfielders weren't auditioning for PT Barnum. Feel like I could have prevented a few runs if my defense had been at all... well.... average. I don't know what I'm doing that causes such comical shenanigans.

And I still can't control Billy Wagner. That slider goes wherever it wants. The walk-off hanger that Cruz crushed was supposed to hit the dude on the hands... instead it started outside and fell right into the sweet spot. I thought I hit the mark pretty well too. It's like those sliders are drunk on some of that Wagner family moonshine.

I hope I'm around to listen whenever you guys do play, it should be an epic game.

BTW, it would be helpful in these leagues if the first post in the thread could be updated with the final list of teams, PSN names, and DVDTalk usernames. Then we'd know to go there to look up somebody instead of having to find it somewhere in the thread.

I sure hope that when the regular season ends, the playoff teams are chosen by the standings you see on the website (which are accurate) and not the fucked up standings you see on the PS3 side. How many teams make the playoffs anyway?

Yea me too. One standing has me 2 games out of first and behind a team with 4 less wins and the other gave my record to the Cardinals.
