dsa_shea- so for my next game my opponent PM'ed me saying he wouldn't be able to get on to play until sunday which is way past the time we have to play it. Even though I can play, if we don't it's going to be simmed? Shouldn't I get the victory?

Sounds like Shea is handcuffed. It's a bad situation created by inactivity in the league. I suppose we should have had a little more time for each game but that's hindsight. If we play another league, I have a couple of friends who I play all the time and would be active.

Zachary, I think our game needs to be played by Monday. I sent you a PM, let me know when you wanna get on.

I am a bit handcuffed. If I set it for a short period of time it opens up more opponents quicker. However, if I set it to the full seven days we could be playing this league into October. The problem would be solved if they would allow for a game being completed within the three days to be sufficient rather than a particular game. That way by the end of the season you could boot out those that have been inactive or shown little interest without cost to the rest of us that try to play the games as quickly as we can. Hopefully this is something Sony will take into consideration and make amends for.

I just checked and it says that he was on 5 days ago but that still doesn't bode well for him. If you can't commit to play one 35-45 minute game every three days then you shouldn't be in the league. Hopefully he is ok and is simply neglecting the league.

Ok, I only just figured the timer thing out. I thought the countdown clock meant I had to play my next opponent before it ran down. But now I realize it is just a general countdown for everyone to get a certain series completed. Am I understanding it right?
So apparently I didn't need to rush to get my game with Shea in after all.

At least we got it done. I did get a disconnect though because the game (my system) froze. I had to do a hard shutdown of the system as it was completely frozen. Sorry about that. Just let me know when you want to play some more and we can play some exhibition games.

No worries. I just wish I could do that well with the Phillies.
