Question for all you Halo vets: do the Halo games have different/better endings on the higher difficulty settings.

I think Halo 3 did but not the others, IIRC.

The original Halo had a little funny extra scene that you could only see if you beat the game on Legendary. I don't remember any difference for 2 or 3.

3 had a longer ending on Legendary

I'm getting it a midnight because a smaller local store is selling Live subs for 50% off and doing a raffle for a new 360.

I ordered the the 360 Halo Reach since some scumbag stole my 360. It's schedule to be delivered the 14th, and I paid for free shipping.

I hoped to play a bit more online but I had to screw around with my router to open ports. I forgot to do so when I got my latest router. The one game I played sucked when I couldn't hear anybody talk.

Anybody up for doing co-op later this week or weekend?

Really enjoying the campaign so far and the graphics really are impressive, much better then what I had expected, but the game really has some frame rate issues.

Really loving the campaign as well. Playing through it on legendary with 2 other guys it's really hard.

I don't play Halo games much, so maybe you guys can give me some advice.

I'm constantly running out of ammo on the single player campaign. I'm fairly conservative with my shooting, so I'm not spraying bullets everywhere. I try scrounging for ammo after firefights, but the only stuff on the ground are alien guns.

Does anyone else have this problem? Do most people drop the standard gun and pick up the alien weapons? Are there ammo crates scattered around and I'm just not seeing them?

-Use the Alien guns because they work well against, well, the aliens.

-Melee lesser enemies

-Try to pump your trigger instead of holding it down. You get more accurate shots this way and guns that heat up will heat up a bit slower.
